Jay was lying on top of the parked airplane. Although the plane was cloaked, it looked like he was resting on air, with a pillow under his head, staring at the clear full moon and starry sky. His scarlet eyes were dull, lost in thought.

He closed his eyes, opening them, "something you need? Skye?"

"Eh..." Skye walked over, sitting down beside his head, raising her knees, wrapping her hands around her knees, "No...I don't know. I just didn't realize there were so many things that I didn't know about Earth."

"It's too much to take sometimes. I am guessing everyone will be busy thinking about these things. You are not alone."

Skye glanced towards him, "what are you thinking about?"

"Hmm...I don't know. Well, I know. I don't have a purpose...I had powers for as long as I remember, and I decided to use them for one purpose. Help people...but the longer it went, the more of a habit it became, and that purpose, stopped being a purpose. But today, I possess everything, everything but a purpose. It's ironic."

"I kinda understand," Skye softly said, making Jay look at her, "you do?"

"For the longest time, I was in the orphanage, and I didn't stay with any family for a long time. For most of my life, I thought that they didn't want me, that my real parents didn't want me. And I didn't know what to do with my life. Ever since then, finding my parents has been one thing on my mind. I guess that is my purpose."

Jay watched her downcast face, smiling, "I am not trying to enjoy your misery. But it does feel good knowing I am not alone."

Skye tapped his cheek, pushing his face, "shouldn't you be saying something good to lift my mood?"

Jay shifted his eyes towards the sky, "No. Because you still have a purpose, finding your parents."

Skye lay down beside him, pulling the pillow from under his head, putting her head on it. She stared at the moon, "I shouldn't be. But I was happy that SHIELD protected me all these years. I might be starting to like this...being an agent might not be that bad."

Jay rolled his eyes, "are you trying to make me hate you more?"

Skye cackled, turning her body to the side, looking at him, "seriously? You are a billionaire, wouldn't running a billion-dollar company is fun?"

"Not really. It gets tedious, so I let Echo handle it."

"Then how about spending those billion dollars?"

"I do. Investing money in more projects that could make the world a better and safer place."

Skye rolled her eyes, "not for that. On yourself."

"Hm, and what will I buy from billion dollars?"

"A mansion? Good clothes, the best of technologies, and things like those? Car?"

"Mansion? I can create. Clothes? Few things in the universe are better than nanotech clothes, and I can replicate most technologies that I see. I don't need cars, I can teleport, and I have one."

Skye buried her face in the pillow, "ugh, it's not about efficiency. Sometime's it's good to enjoy things that the world has to offer and spend that money."

Jay turned to his side, looking at her buried face, "hm, why would that be any fun?"

Skye shot a look at him from the corner of her eyes, "are you sure you are not a robot?"

Jay chuckled, stroking her head, running his fingers through her hair, "well, I do find you beautiful, and your mouth is cute. And I like the softness of your hair, the look in your eyes. So, yeah. I can say that I am not a robot."

Skye parted her lips with a light blush on her face. She hastily tried to sit up, but Jay stopped her, "Skye..."

"Un?" Skye's eyes darted around, not sure what to do.

"Stay?" Jay put his head down on the pillow beside her, his thumb stroking her soft cheek.

Skye raised her chin, with her inches near his, her palm stroked his abs, "ok..."

Jay wrapped his hand around her waist, pulling her closer, smiling, "I think I will do with a hug for tonight."

Skye's face turned red in embarrassment, which she buried in his neck without speaking.

Jay closed his eyes, stroking her back, feeling her heartbeat, until it calmed down, "what have you thought about getting powers?"

"May says that I should wait, learn to fight like an agent, getting training. So that I can be ready for the powers that I get."

"Ok, whenever you are ready."

The Next Morning,

Jay opened his scarlet eyes, taking in his surrounding. His eyes fell on Skye, peacefully sleeping, making him smile and whisper, "you are adorable."

He turned on his back, watching the sunrise, basking in the little sunlight that was there. He put his hand on his stomach, feeling the hunger not for food but over sex.

Even without looking at Skye, he couldn't stop imagining the things that he would like to do to her right now.

Jay covered his eyes, "I am deteriorating." He sat up, softly stroking Skye's head, causing her to wake up, "go inside and sleep. Before they start Bus and dropping you."

Skye looked at him with sleepy eyes, nodding, taking the pillow to walk inside, still half asleep. She entered the plane, lying down in the landing hall, falling asleep.

Jay curled his lips, waving his hand with the ring shining. Skye teleported to her bed without even realizing it.

He checked his mobile for any messages. There were many, but not the type that he wanted to see. He stood up, and a portal appeared in front of him, without hand signs as he walked in.

He appeared on top of a cliff, facing the sea, the waves colliding against the sea.

He sat down with his legs folded, calming down his emotions. His intellect was high, and his control over his mind was high too. Enough that even if it controlled 1023 other bodies, it was still working.

But having 1024 lives wasn't all good. It came with a grand problem of its own, emotions.

Even though his consciousness remained one across the thousand parallel universes. The emotions that a thousand bodies felt were also felt by one consciousness.

Once he got into relationships, it was like a lid was opened. And all the emotions come rushing out, enough to give him trouble, "damn it."

He stood up, letting out a breath, "I guess I need help." He moved forward, opening the portal.

But for the first time, his portal didn't appear where he wanted. Instead, he appeared out of a government house, which had heavy protection.

The guards were shocked for a moment before pointing the guns at him. But suddenly, they put their guns down, opening the door, bowing slightly.

He walked inside, talking the path to the front door of the mansion, opening the door.

He just entered when his eyes crossed the large living room, moving up the stairs that went to the upper floor of the mansion. On the middle of the stairs was a young girl, about twenty years old, walking down with a smile on her face.

She had long auburn hair, green eyes, wide lips, and a grin on her face as she crossed the mansion's living room, meeting him in between, hugging him, "it's good to see you! I thought you forgot about us."

Jay lightly hugged her back, closing his eyes, "yeah. It's just that the way you were doing things. I didn't think it was a good idea for me to appear around you. At that time, it could have weakened your rule."

The young girl curled her lips, rolling her eyes, "are you trying to lie to me? Don't forget that in all the universes. I might be one of the few people who understand you the best. Why are you here?"

Jay scratched his head, letting out a sigh, "all right. Wanda, My emotions...can you help me out again?"

Wanda narrowed her eyes, nodding, "again? Ok." She raised her hand, and a scarlet portal appeared in front of them, "let's go to my room."

Jay walked inside, looking at the large room, sitting down on the wide bed with brown bedcover, large white pillows. His eyes shifted towards the masks on the walls, guitar near the wall, and a muted sitcom playing on the Tv, "something never changes."

Wanda flew up, sitting down on the bed behind him, putting her hand on his head, "what happened this time? Did something big happen in the other universes? Big enough to make your emotion leave your control."

Jay closed his one eyes, with reluctance all over his face, "Yeah, it's not like something didn't happen. But mostly, it was because I had sex."

Wanda nearly tripped, pulling him back, causing Jay's back to hit the bed, "you had what?!"

Jay looked away, "sex...I have been sexually active for more than a year."

Wanda gave him a speechless look, letting out a laugh, "hu-ha, right. I am not helping you suppress your emotions. You finally listened to me."

Jay let out a breath, "please? I can't think straight."

"I can tell, with you saying please. I think I like emotional you more than the manipulative you."

Jay's face became downcast, "I can't have these emotions, not at a time like this. Just read my memories, and you'll understand."

Wanda frowned, biting her inner lip, "Yes."
