"Did you see what I saw?" Tony dazedly nudged Pietro in disbelief.

"Huh?" Pietro looked at the young man in a white cowl, piercing scarlet eyes. His left hand was slender, armored, with razor-sharp claws, which were holding the reality stone. His gloved right hand was holding the power prism, blocking its power, "Another reality stone...where to place this one."

Los Angeles, Stark Industries,

Wanda was sitting in the office with Pepper when she stopped in mid-sentence.

"What happened?" Pepper looked in the same direction that Wanda was looking, seeing nothing but windows.

"Jay," Wanda pressed her lips, smiling, "Before...he seemed to be a shell of what he was...now it feels like a bit like him."

Pepper pursued her lips, "How would I know...it's not like he has been a frequent visitor."

Wanda chuckled, "He dislikes how people treat him like a messiah every time he leaves the house."

Pepper let out a smile, hesitating, "Wanda...your children...are they?"

Wanda covered her mouth as she laughed, "No. You have seen Lavena, right? And you have seen Primo? Their lineage has distinct features depending on their natural-born abilities."

Wanda shook her head from side to side, smiling, "Although...they are not Jay's...they do share a lineage."

"Wha-what?" Pepper put her fingers in front of her gasping mouth, "Who? Sephiroth? Or..."

"Primo," Wanda played with the strand of her hair, smiling.

"Isn't he with...Maya?"

"Their relationship is a bit loose, very on and off, and this was a one-time thing," Wanda softly smiled.

Omega Earth, Moon,

"Release me!! Release me!!!" Power Princess was struggling, trying to get free of the chains that were binding her.

Lorelei beside her wasn't struggling all that much, "Don't bother. These chains might look like ordinary human chains...but they are more powerful than restraints that kept me sealed for hundreds of years."

"That's true since these are made from the metal from the first floor of Limbo. Their strength rivals that of the Asgardian Uru metal, and they are further enhanced by the Lord's strength."

"Who are you?! How dare you do this to me?"

"My name is White. I am the Commander of Yohra, the organization that serves the Lord."

"Which Lord?" Zarda narrowed her eyes, glaring at White when they entered a room.

Inside was an office with a view of the Earth. And behind the desk was a man with long silver hair.

"Sephiroth," Zarda clenched her teeth, speaking his name. She could barely see him since he was facing the wall, looking out of the window.

Sephiroth turned his eyes towards Zarda, "Welcome, Power Princess, Lorelei."

Lorelei's lips curved into a smile, "Mr. Sephiroth, won't you free me?"

Sephiroth funnily looked at her, "You never learn, do you? Your powers won't work."

Lorelei's face changed, "What do you want with me?"

"I wanted your physiques," Sephiroth looked outside the window, seeing their reflection in it, "Utopian Princess from Utopian Isle, Asgardian that created chaos in Asgard. Utopian Physiology and Asgardian Physiology...I wanted that. But now...it's no use to me."

He got up from the chair, walking over to them, putting his fingers on their foreheads, smiling, "I have something better planned for you."

Sometime later,

"My powers!! What did you do!! WHAT DID YOU DO!!!!!!!!!!" Zarda was screaming at the top of her voice.

The only reason why Lorelei wasn't screaming was that she had been through this. Her eyes were fixed on the man leaning against the table, watching them with a smile in his cat-like green eyes.

He raised his hand, and both of them were filled with strength. He put it down, and the power drained. He did it again, and again, and again, "You understand now?"

"What do you want?" Zarda tiredly asked.

"It's not what I want. It's what you want...stay loyal to me? And you can keep your powers. Don't? And you can live as an ordinary human," Sephiroth released their chains, sitting down on the chair.

"White, guide them to their room, give them time to think and rest."

"No need. I have already thought," Lorelei said, walking closer to Sephiroth, standing close. She raised her head, looking up in his green eyes, whispering, "I'll serve you...anyway you like."

Sephiroth ran his eyes up and down her body, turning his eyes towards Zarda. The tall woman, wearing purple form-fitting armor, narrowed his eyes, "Maybe later."

"Really?" Lorelei ran her hand on his chest, whispering, "I'll do anything."

Sephiroth put his hand on her stomach, causing her body to shoot backward, falling down on the floor, rolling. She stopped when her body hit against the wall, coughing blood.

"Drag her to her room," Sephiroth walked back, sitting down on the chair.

"Yes," White clapped her hands, and two Operators came into the room, guiding Zarda and dragging Lorelei.

White walked over to Sephiroth, "Sir, you need something else?"

Sephiroth gazed towards the Earth, "White...what do you think is the purpose of stones? Every enemy that stands before us...there is the hand of stones."

"Throughout the known history stones, have never been so active," White put her hands behind her back, looking out the window.

"Over the years, the stones have gained sentience but never actively participated in the affairs of any living species. Or nothing from what we know so far suggests that. From the current events, it isn't a coincidence that you are facing stones at every turn. First, the mind stones, and now the reality stones. The stones want something."

"That I know...but I can't seem to figure out what? Do they want to merge together? Then there are easier ways...like manipulating someone like Nighthawk, Doctor Spectrum to directly invade Omega Flight and get the other half of the reality stone."

White glanced towards him, hesitating, "You say that the stones are sentient?"

"Yes, they are."

"All twelve?"

"Yes."

White closed her eyes, "Sir, from what I understand...your personalities appear different. The fewer limits or more limits are dependent on the body you are controlling. Like controlling a game character...depending on the rules of the games, the players' personality reflects differently."

Sephiroth crossed his legs, "Yes."

"Then, if your three bodies were to be merged, you wouldn't hesitate?"

"The only hesitation I would have would be the lesser options that I'd have to work with."

"But what if you three weren't just three different reflections of the same person. What if you were three different people...will you hesitate?"

"I wouldn't do it. Are you trying to say that the six gems are hesitating? They don't want to merge?"

"Not the six gems, but the two sets," White narrowed her eyes, "I can draw a few logical hypotheses depending on the situation. Do you wish to hear?"

"Yes. I do," Sephiroth leaned back on the comfy chair, putting his hands together, looking at White with interest.

"We know that the Soul stones have merged together. So that leaves the possibility of two different sets joining together into one each. This means that the other five stones would have to fuse with their counterparts to merge with the soul stone. Since one set was born with the big bang, there is a possibility that they were one before the big bang and it was big bangs energy that broke them apart."

"So they don't mind merging into one, but they do mind fusing with another set?" Sephiroth narrowed his eyes, "It makes sense...but I still feel something is missing."

"I have tried to reverse the next hypothesis after hearing that Malekith used the reality stone to make a weapon," White hesitated, "What if soul stones aren't the perpetrator...but the victim."

Sephiroth looked at her in interest, "Hmm? Now that sounds interesting."

"The range of one set will only cover one universe, but now the size of length in the mix of two infinite universes. To cover the range of both universes, someone would have to fuse the five stones with their counterparts. What if the stones aren't coming in your path to be your enemy...but for protection? Maybe...having your soul in them caused them to have some kind of symbiotic relationship? They feel they are in trouble so they are coming to you for protection?"

"Could be," Sephiroth smiled, "I always placed the stones at the height of power...never thought of putting them in the position of weakness. But there is one other possibility."

Sephiroth shook his head, "Leave it be...what about the other mutant children?"

"They are safe at the Xavier Mansion."

"Now that they are done...it's time I move on to the troublesome adults."
