This story will be going into a general slow down. I only have up to chapter seventy written, and my job sucks a lot of time out of my schedule. The three major titles, Ascension, Duality, and Empress will continue regularly.

'Asset, are we going around in circles? Is there a feedback loop?' Leen asked her sister. 'It feels like we've reiterated this outcome a dozen times already, thought about the possibilities until there is no other answer, and still continue to assure ourselves of the outcome.'

'You are correct.' Asset said, and hauled Implement into her avatar, but maintained it's surface integrity in spite of wanting to merge completely with her like Create did. 'You are one of my precious girls of the Broken Blades, but now you're a part of me. I think I've considered that television show far too much, and assimilation.' Implement grinned.

'But I am still Leen, just more then Leen. We are Aya, but not only Aya. I guess I see what you mean, but you haven't overwritten my entire consciousness, and control my body. Wait. You do control my body.' Implement pulled back and looked at Asset with narrowed eyes until Asset could see the mirth under those lids.

'You're teasing me!' Asset said in surprise.

'Could you read my thoughts, Asset, or did you have to look for clues?' Asset blinked at the question. 'Assimilation completely takes over the original, submerges the consciousness, and buries it under the collective. They may have introduced a queen in order to show that there were leaders of the hive, but I believe they expected that the collective itself would rule the hive. We look to you for guidance, even your other original three aspects. I am now number four. We still look to you, each have our own thoughts, and memories that we share with each other, but unless we go looking through them, we are still separate people. Even when I'm nestled in the original body like this, you don't read my thoughts.' Aya felt those arms come around her shoulders, which then held on tightly. Aya slowly lowered her head to Leen's shoulder.

'Thank you.' She said softly.

'It was my choice, Asset. Now, let's make another good choice.' Asset soon felt Implement's arms sink into her skin and new thoughts enter her consciousness. This sensation became incredibly intense as they merged together.

'Wow, it's so beautiful in here. Not just your lobes, but your thoughts too.' Thought patterns slowed and merged like two pools of water had erased the dam between them. Implement surged into her, around her, and all over her. She brought increased awareness of their implants, and how the spider silk styled net could work more efficiently.

Implants were not intended to replace parts of the human brain by taking out the redundant gray matter. Instead, they were mated onto the brain through the net, and new patterns formed.

Aya's breath seemed to catch in her throat, even if it was her mental representation. During her inhalation, her breathing stuttered as the sensations had frighteningly high peaks and low valleys until they rose to a tremendous height.

Aya felt the click of an implant on top of her brain, followed by another in a pattern that led her awareness along. When she reached the gap between her lobes, she saw new implants appear only as an image.

'Oh.' She whispered. Her awareness fell over the edge of her lobe and onto the implant as it seated. The long shaft slowly descended into the socket, which was connected by a multitude of silk, at different depths.

Click. The implant lifted and faded away as the two joined entities now separated. The orgasm that rocked them both made them fall over.

'Really. I can't believe she wouldn't wait.' Upgrade said with a click of her tongue.

'Would you?' A soft voice spoke from outside their mind. Optimize and Create were still working on their extension, but they still passed along their messages instantly.

'No. I guess I wouldn't. Sigh. We really need to get a few more sisters. It's far too lonely in here to have empty lobes.' Upgrade said softly.

'Think about us, Upgrade. This is our new beautiful brain to explore, and it's still in a primitive state compared to home. Oh...wait...what are these?'  Create said in awe.  They heard a tired laugh.

'Something Implement helped us to come up with. New methods of deploying the neural net, new materials as thin as a spider's silk, new configurations of the bots to lay the silk, and new implants.' Asset said tiredly. 'She was amazing, but she's out of it for now.' They heard a soft sigh.

'Asset.' The voice sounded like she was awe inspired. 'These designs will improve our communication between our lobes immensely. Not to mention the upgrade to the location of the implants, but also functionality of the implants.' Optimization said in a quiet voice. 'I'm not too loud, am I? I don't want to wake our precious aspect up when she works so hard for us.' Asset chuckled softly.

'Take care of our extension, Optimize. She will still need to interact with the club, and take the lead from time to time. She will also be able to see those most compatible.' Asset said softly. 'I wonder if we can get Mer in here.' She said quietly.

'She is compatible, Asset, but needs her autonomy. We can decide to integrate the others later.' Create said with a soft smile on her avatar's lips as she began to rework the wiring plans.

'Silk won't work as it's not conducive unless under a humid environment. Spider silk is also an organic compound. However, the idea is still sound. Spider silk is incredibly strong due to how it's structured. Tiny fibers woven into thread, and a only a micron in diameter. Gold is a good conductor, as is silver. Most precious metals are good conductors.' Create thought for several minutes.

'Optimize, we need to come up with a way for the bots to weave gold into thread conductors. Wait, can we use actual spider silk as the wire core?' Upgrade's attention was immediately drawn by her thought processes, as she wasn't quietly contemplating. Create would often broadcast her thoughts to the others so they could discuss things.

'Oh! Create, that's awesome! Use the organic spider silk as the core, have the bots weave, and dip the core before it comes out! That way, the bots can lay the neural net as they go.' Upgrade excitedly responded. She looked at Asset who quietly nudged Implement into Optimize's lobe, and sighed.

'I can't wait for my turn to merge with her.'

'Mer, get the girls ready.' Aya spoke to the gang leader as Mer finally climaxed under the tired lick of Janet's tongue. Mer had a lot of stamina, due to the interface and neural net, which taxed Janet's abilities to the limit.

'What's up, boss? Where is Leen?' She asked.

'I had her come to the lab again. She's undergoing some upgrades, and may take a while. The girls need to go scouting, to survey new territory, and determine the enemy's strength. Leave Kata behind as she will be needed to smash the enemy, but hasn't downloaded the stealth packages yet.' Optimize said through their connection to Leen.

Asset smiled tiredly while her aspect gave the orders. She sent a message to a few others she knew would be interested.

'Aline. Inez. I need you to watch over the girls. This will be their first real seek and destroy mission. I don't want casualties.' Asset said to her twins.

'Boss. Stealth, or invasive?' Strategy Aline asked.

'Ready for both. Develop a plan, girls. So tired.' They heard her yawn. 'I am really going to have to get Implement to merge with you girls at least once.'  Aya said in the midst of a yawn again.

'She will blow your mind.'
