Hello everyoneeeee!!! I got myself a proofreading slave!

Let's welcome PixelCed as my proofreading slaveeeeee

bruh indeed~~~~~~

“Feed Envy.”

With those words the curse unlocked. My vision clouded once again and I could feel something tugging at the back of my neck. It was the chain. I was lunging forward trying to get a hold of her body.

“Eek!” She backed away visibly scared.

“Come on, what’s the matter? Are you scared?” I asked, my voice definitely didn’t sound the same.

“Do it. Offer yourself, otherwise I will force your son to do it.” The crazy mf told her to.

She reluctantly stuck out an arm and I grabbed it immediately with so much force I snapped her bones that were in her arm. Pulling her closer to myself and bit down hard, chewing through her arm in one bite whilst severing it at the same time. Once I was done devouring the arm that was in my hands, I looked at her and lunged forward again, only to be stopped by the chain. All the meanwhile she was screaming, clutching her hand from pain. The others were looking at what was going on.

“I said. Offer yourself up to her. Your god, the ninetail fox.” He said nonchalantly.

“I-I of-offer myself as a sacrifice to our god.” She spoke and looked at me.

“Heh, if I am to be your god, then so be it.” I answered.

The fox woman crawled over to me.

I started to devour her body whilst she was still alive, I started from her legs and worked my way up. Once I was done with her lower body I started tearing away with my teeth at her stomach, exposing her innards. Blood was everywhere, on the floor, on the wall and all over me. When she finally died, I was done devouring everything that was inside her and started to tear away at her chest. The stench of blood that was repulsing at first, now became a smell that symbolized dinner time. Of course, as the fox woman had never been bathed before, the smell was not the finest and it overpowered my sensitive nose.

When I was finally done eating, all that remained was her hair and tail not even bones remained. The man picked those up and tossed it over to the boy he called her son.

“There you go, take it. A gift from your god.”

When he spoke those words, the curse still hasn’t ended yet, and I was lunging towards him, wanting to tear through his throat.

“Look at who got too much energy left.” He whispered briefly and then kicked my head. My consciousness wavered for a second but I still didn’t stop lunging forward trying to grab him. So he kicked my head even harder this time causing me to hit my head against the wall which in turn caused the curse to be overpowered.

“I don’t even realize how that thing works… Well, I guess I better turn you into someone capable of truly defying gods.”

My head was slightly spinning after the whole turn of the events.

‘A god? Capable of defying gods? I’m a ninetail fox?’ My head suddenly got a big headache and another string of memories started playing.

I saw a face of an unfamiliar woman, yet I felt as if I had a really close relationship with her. She looked to be really similar to me, white hair with black tips on her ears, azure blue eyes and a big chest. She was wearing something white, but I couldn’t really see it. The woman started speaking.

“Look at me sweetie. This place is the sacred mountain’s shrine. If you tell these words to the shrine maidens here, they will take you to your past. You have to be ready to face it. Those words are “Moonlight, fill my void eyes.” The moment you speak them to anyone connected to this place, they will no longer be able to lay a finger on you.”

“Good luck on your journeys and make sure you return someday. Only the two of us know this, so make sure you don’t spread it. Okay?” She kissed my forehead with a smile, and then started muttering.

“Oh darkness that sleeps within me, draw a veil under this one’s own memory.”

I woke up only to hear the little kid crying at the loss of his mother, he didn’t seem older than ten.

“Moonlight… Fill my void eyes…” I muttered those words again.

“What is my real objective then?” I whispered.
