[Luna's POV:]

Choices.

I had many choices in life until now.

Whether it was to pursue a simple lifestyle or give up on my humanity to attain power. To love a simple man and marry like a typical woman or pursue a man who walks toward trouble yet looks unbelievably adorable all the time.

I always chose confidently whatever seemed right to me.

But at this moment, I had rather trouble determining upon which choice I should resolve.

In front of me was the panting black-haired woman who was bleeding from various places due to the damages, which I inflicted just in self-defense.

I didn't know what came after I broke her blade, but she seemed to go berserk or sort. However, it didn't mean I would just take a hit from her, even though she was close to someone precious to me.

Now the problem where my decision wasn't reaching was what I should do about this woman.

She undoubtedly was the girl I saw on Austin's device, but the woman I am seeing right now, by all means, was older than the person I saw over the screen.

Well, the summoning spell is a part of Space and Time magic, so she might be from the future of the universe from which Austin's sister still wasn't healthy.

As Grandma said, Space and Time are the two of the most twisted topics which no entity has been able to unravel entirely until now.

Well, back to the present.

What was revolving inside my mind was two options.

First, I let this woman meet her brother and see my precious Austin smile in elation which he undoubtedly would direct at his long-lost sister.

Second, I kill her right here and now to keep my Austin for myself.

It goes without saying that this girl wouldn't be just a transient disturbance in our relationship. She is a very important part of my darling's life.

Since Austin hadn't seen her, most probably, and this woman also hadn't recognized her brother, I was the only bridge who could connect them.

So killing her wouldn't leave any damage to our relationship. Austin would never know what happened to his sister when he would be done with the system. And my life with my precious would remain happy and peaceful for the countless upcoming years.

This would be the best course of action. My Austin was only for me, after all.

I can't share him with anyone.

I can't see him smiling at anyone other than me.

I can't let his love get divided...

I want Austin all for myself.

Austin is mine!

AUSTIN IS MINE!!

"H-Hey you..."

Suddenly my chain of thoughts broke down as I heard the voice along with painful groans from the woman.

Tearing something silvery from hanging around her neck, she extended it toward me with her hand still quivering from the barrage of attacks she launched earlier.

"C-Can you give this to my Onii-sama, please?"

Wordlessly I took the thing from her, which was carved in a heart shape and seemingly looked like a pendant.

Clipping the center lock, a picture of a smiling boy appeared, which I very well knew was of whom.

With my eyes sparkling, I asked the woman.

"And why did you choose this as your last wish?"

Maybe, I was trying to find a reason for something I wouldn't accept. It might be the reason I saw Austin's past face that my mood elevated like this as I heard her answering my question.

"The reason I am alive right now. The reason I can *cough* move fo-forward each day is in your hands. My O-Onii-sama is everything to me. Since it would not be possible to see him again, I *huff* I want you just to let him know that I still love him..."

Saying so, the woman fell unconscious with her face flat on the ground.

Now, how was I supposed to kill her?

Portraying such love for the same person I love, in a way, made me happy since there was someone who acknowledged how great of a person my beloved darling is.

Even at the moment, which could be counted as her last blink before her death, she was trying to reach out to her brother.

Not to talk about Austin, who even try to hide but still look at his sister over his device in the middle of the nights or sometimes makes a face which evidently tells how badly he was missing someone dear to him.

Now, how was I supposed to keep these two away?

I know I would regret it or might hate myself for this, but this is the last thing I could land my resolve upon...

'I am so gonna regret this...'

In a place that was covered with natural greenery and sounds from varying creatures reverberating profoundly, could be seen two figures.

First was the woman who had long silver hair currently tied in a bun as she stared at the person cozily sleeping on her thighs.

The person whom she was giving her lap as a pillow was a blond youth who had a charming face adorned with very sculptural features.

"Mm. This feels nice..."

As Austin mumbled in his sleep while enjoying the comfortable thighs of Luna, the latter giggled in amusement as she saw the childish expression of her lover.

Austin parted his lids as he heard the beautiful giggle of the person whose voice he could pinpoint, even from a crowd.

"Luna! Are you fine?! Thank god, you are safe."

Austin instantly got up and hugged Luna in a tight embrace as the last thing he remembered was the collision with the mana wall before he fell unconsciously because of the effect he felt from the barrier.

Luna was startled by being showered with so much love, but she would never reject such gestures if it's from the person she adores.

"I am fine. Thank you for worrying about me."

Luna patiently waited for Austin to calm down as she patted his back to help him overcome his anxiety.

Austin kept clinging to Luna until he wasn't satisfied that what was in his arms wasn't a dream but reality. And a very beautiful one at that.

"You okay now?"

Luna passed him a water bottle after they kept on sharing warmth and assuring each other of their presence for a long ten minutes, before separating.

"Thanks. What about Xylex? Did you finish what we intended to?"

Austin gulped on the water after asking as, from what he could sense, there wasn't any barrier around the vicinity anymore nor any miasma emitting from the palace side.

Upon hearing Austin, Luna took a heavy sign like she was resolving something before she asked for something, which made Austin confused.

"Well, before that, I want you to meet someone."

Austin parted the bottle from his lips with perplexion evidently spread over his face.

"Are they someone special?"

"Well, you can say so. Come on; you will love this."
