“So she asked you to be hers for a day once a year…”

Inside the Academy cafeteria sat a group of two beautiful ladies with a grim expression on their faces. In front of them rested a blond-youth with his hand scratching his head as he didn’t think his words would be this impactful.

“Don’t phrase like I will be belonging to her. Tia-..I mean the princess just asked to spend a whole day with her once every year and that would be enough for her. And since I didn’t find any problem in promising such small request…”

Seeing the narrowed gaze of both his lover and sister, Austin closed his mouth before he could have blurted anything wrong. Or he already has gone over the board?

There was a long silence spread in between the three as the chattering from the background became prominent.

Saya had complicated look on her face and her entire being wanted to protest against such a decision her brother took without putting much thought behind it. But she knew it wasn’t her place to object his decision.

As for Luna…

“What if I don’t like it, Austin? What if I want you to not to meet her ever again?"

Luna had her face leaned slightly with her fingers tracing the ede of her cup as she asked in a heavy tone.

Austin upon hearing Luna’s words didn’t have think even for a minute before he responded with a voice which was void of any hesitation.

“Then I will go back on my words and not see the princess even once from this point on. If there is something which you don’t like Luna, I will not try to force with it in names of my circumstances or anything like that.”

Luna heard what she expected as she clenched her fist under the table. It was not that she was frustrated or angry. It was more like she was overwhelmed by how love he pours in their relationship.

Shestayed silent for some moments which made Austin naturally tensed but soon an audible sigh leaked her lips as she leaned back on her seat and looked at her man with a tired expression.

“I sometime want to lock you up to hide you from others…”

Though she muttered Saya was able to hear such tremendous idea which she herself has thought in the past. And if it’s Luna then Saya would be granted to be with them as well, so she has no problem with such arrangements.

“Did you say something, Luna?”

“N-No nothing. I just want you to know that whenever you meet that princess, you are strictly not allowed to breach a thirty-meter distance between you two. Got it?”

Austin blinked perplexedly as he heard the requirement which told that Luna had no problem with his promise.

Since he was himself was a loyal partner he was not going to get intimate with Tiara in the first place so he readily agreed with Luna’s condition.

“Sure.”

It was around seven in the evening when Luna’s grandma was done with her treatment as she retired off the dorm along with the other nobilities. The emperor did try to invite the Guardian deity to the palace, but she politely rejected since she wanted to spend this brief time with her granddaughter and son-in-law.

Saya chuckled at the sight of her nervous brother who knew Luna’s grandma would be having a chat with him as he continuously kept on asking Luna about how he can impress her grandma so she doesn’t break off the marriage.

And Luna being Luna, kept her lips pursed despite him pestering as she left all the responsibility of the matter on Austin.

From Saya’s point of view Luna was troubled with the promise her big brother made and she herself was anxious to let her brother meet that weird princess as well. But Saya knew that if Luna had agreed on the matter which meant she already have made necessary arrangement.

‘When did I become dependent on her…’

Saya had no idea when but slowly she has started to see Luna as someone she could rely on. On whom Saya could entrust her big brother on. Maybe it was the fact that Luna is stronger than her or maybe because it was the immense love Luna carries for him? Saya don’t know and she was not seeking an answer either.

For her, Luna was a figure on whom she can trust and if someone can keep her brother happy for his life then it could be only her.

‘Yeah…it would be for the best…’

Just when Saya was resigning her role to stay as Austin’s little sister as long as she can, cold water poured down her intention as Austin returned after chatting with Luna’s grandma for some minutes.

“It seems, Celeria-san would be staying with Luna in her dorm, so let’s go and rest at my place Saya.”

The fact the conversation between Austin and the old lady lasted for a minute described they might be continuing their chat tomorrow. But this wasn’t the fact which made Saya shocked beyond belief at all.

‘Me…and Onii-sama…under the same…for a whole night…!!!’
