Running through its warm silken lights that coat the world in its brilliance,

Warmth floats on the air as someone jogs, with soft pants of hearty breathing visible in the daylight,

As they stretch their legs from the light jog, they are visibly basking in the sunlight of the day,

Flowing down onto them in rays that travel through the trees, gifting some of their sunlight it seems.

A folk below appears to be taking pictures with others presumed to be their friends, with falling leaves from the nearby trees, entering view,

With them using a device to record the occurrence, a fascinating little thing from what can be seen from my height,

Though ignorant of the world's dangers, the light they hold will brighten their chances they have then and now,

As I think this, they laugh with joy and excitement as they discuss what restaurant to go to for the night tonight.

A man nearby uses the light of day to check his wristwatch for what time it is now,

Checking the time of the day, as the sun is blinding with brightness, bringing constant sunlight onto the town today,

As the wind blows softly through the man's hair and past him into the dim alleyway light beyond,

Where trash takers and owners place the trash into their cans, as the trash takers remove the trash before the fall of the night.

As even with the dark and morose night, the dim and bright lights of the city bring forth a kind of chaotic life to the pitch darkness of the night.

As within restaurants with lights still on with brilliant intensity, people cheer and chatter with each other and those found next to them in the restaurant's diner room's light,

As even on the streets, people laugh with their families and those they call on the devices that spew out the light, making the chill of the night just that bit less,

As even with the beast in the night themselves, some like my own kind, cluster together from or closer to the lights found in the night, for comfort and the source of joy.

It's a fine time between day and night, where light and darkness meet in a dance that is joy and fear made right.~
