The party had ended smoothly and everyone returned home. Mo Fan gave the Lamborghini to his father as a gift and sent Ye Xinxia to Aunt Mo Qing’s home along with him while he returned to his dorm room.

Mo Fan was sitting on his dorm’s terrace. He was meditating.

He was enveloped by four types of Aura, they were Fire, Lightning, Summon and Space!

His four Stardust’s were being nourished by the upgraded Little Loach simultaneously! Little Loach who had successfully absorbed a Ruler Level Soul Essence had no problem supporting 4 Basic Level elements at the same time!

A crack appeared in Mo Fan’s Stardust which spread towards the other three stardusts too! He was trying to breakthrough to the Intermediate Level in all four of his elements!

Thankfully, his Mental Strength being at the peak of Basic Level, he was not having any difficulty which he faced before regressing during the process.

The formidable barrier surrounding the Intermediate Level had already cracked!

Little Loach was providing more than enough energy to Mo Fan! The process of breakthrough was quite smooth because of that.

All the four energies surrounding him went inside him!

The Barrier surrounding the Intermediate Level cracked like a glass breaking apart after falling down.

The energies which went inside him, burst out into the surroundings as Mo Fan floated in air!

He slowly opened his eyes.

“I didn’t think all the four Stardusts would simultaneously breakthrough to the Intermediate Level all of a sudden.” Mo Fan said.

His four Stardusts were now Nebulas! Forty Two new stars had invaded the seven stars territory and combined with them! Each Nebula shinned blindingly as if they were happy to have evolved! They now contained 49 stars in total!

He had successfully reached Intermediate level in all four elements at the same time!

Not only that, but his Mental Strength had also ranked up to Intermediate Level along with his cultivation!

He could be considered as a true intermediate mage in terms of Cultivation, Mental Strength and his rock solid Foundation!

He quickly gave all the new energy of the Summon Element to his Snow Frost Star Wolf!

The Alpha wolf who was playing around with the Snow Spirits in the Frost Spirits realm, suddenly received a pure and massive energy boost from his contractor!

He quickly absorbed every single bit of it and transformed into his battle mode! He grew a little more powerful because of the Rank Up Summon Energy!

Right now, Mo Fan could feel his mental strength rising to heights which was simply not possible as a Basic Mage!

Mo Fan removed his shirt and drew a small Mana Absorption magic circuit formation with his own mana on his bare body directly.

Normally he would draw a huge circle on the ground but right now he didn’t wanted to waste time by sitting in one place and keep absorbing mana until morning as he was short on time.

So, he drew a smaller and more efficient version of Magic circle, known as Magic Circuit on his body, so that he could absorb mana passively while doing other things!

But this process was a little bit slower than the Magic circle method as you can only absorb Mana in extremely smaller quantities.

He wore his shirt and closed his eyes and focused on the mana particles in the air!

Slowly, wisps of mana started gathering and flowing towards the Magic Circuit on his body and went inside it! After that Mo Fan dived into his spiritual world and simply guided the mana into the Four Nebulas which were glowing brilliantly with their respective light!

“Phew~ Now it will simply go into Auto mode!” Mo Fan said.

He went towards the railing of the terrace, and closed his eyes, it was quite windy today.

“Tomorrow morning, they’ll take me to the Holy Spring to cultivate… Six Days later, Head Priest Wu Ku of Black Vatican will unleash the refined (Holy) Evil Spring in the form of rain which will incite all the monsters and make them go crazy.

Fortunately, I made preparations for it and also for the monsters, as they will take at least two days to enter the city, unless they dig out the tunnels again which is impossible.” Mo Fan said as he counted on his fingers.

“Now the only thing remaining is to inform Zhankong about it~” Mo Fan said as he stretched his arms. He then jumped down the building directly!

After a few moments of free falling, he was encapsulated in a silver glow and floated in air!

“There are severe limits to everything by being in the Basic Level! That’s why I was not able to fly continuously even though I had so much Mental Strength!” Mo Fan said as he ascended into the sky with full force!

He looked down and saw the entirety of Bo City along with the mountains~

The city was glowing with many street and building lights and looked beautiful.

He turned towards the military outpost on the further side of the city which was located in the mountains and jetted into that direction!

Mo Fan reached the vicinity of the military after just a few dozen seconds. He hovered above 50m into the air.

His eyes changed colour and noticed there were around 10 guys with Blood Stone’s mark on them.

They were all wearing military uniforms, “Hmm… I thought there would be more… The Black Vatican is more keen in their mission than Enforcers...” Mo Fan said sarcastically.

Then, he turned in the direction of Zhankong’s cabin. Since Zhankong was now a Super Mage in Three Elements, his Aura stood out like a sore thumb!

“Thank God he’s still in his cabin...?! What the!?”

As Mo Fan approached the cabin from the outside, he noticed that Zhankong wasn’t the only one there, but there were two very powerful auras with him in the cabin! The two auras were so powerful that Zhankong didn’t even stood a chance against them.

The two auras were not measurable by human standards!

They surpassed the realm of Ordinary! Mo Fan as soon as he sensed them couldn’t help but gasp for air!

He of all people could obviously tell that this was the auras of two very powerful Forbidden Mages! “Shit! One of them is a Full Forbidden Mage in all 5 of their elements, while the other is at the Forbidden Level in 4 Elements!”

The two forbidden mages in Zhankong’s cabin were strong! Not only strong but they could very easily go head to head with Emperors and possibly even destroy them.

Their Auras were very different and overwhelming compared to Forbidden Mages like the Ice Emperor of Mu Family and all. Even Grand Marshall Hua Zhanhong would have difficulty defeating these two Forbidden Mages.

Mo Fan wanted to run away, but it was too late…

He could already feel two pairs of eyes on him, staring and analysing him like an eagle.

“Tch!” Mo Fan still turned away and jetted into the other direction, but after travelling for a while he soon returned to where he was before!

“Little Xingyi, it seems you have a cute visitor!” The Lady wearing luxurious business suit spoke as she stared in the direction of Mo Fan.

“Visitor?” Zhankong asked and moved towards the window and saw Mo Fan desperately trying to run away, but a huge illusory hand kept on pulling him closer to their building.

“Pfft! Haha! Lol~ What is Mo Fan doing here?” He burst out laughing when he noticed how hard he was trying to break free.

Soon enough, Mo Fan was dragged to the window.

“So? What are you doing here at this time of the hour?” Zhankong asked while Mo Fan face palmed into the floor.

“Ow! Thunderbolt: Exploding Apex!”

Wild Lightning surged from Mo Fan within an instant.

The sound of Thunderclap echoed throughout all directions!

The Lightning current immediately bolted in the direction of the woman in the form of a bolt!

The Woman was startled for a split second, but she regained her tranquil manner and swatted the Thunderbolt away with just a backhand slap!

The moment she slapped the Lightning, it was destroyed on spot!

“You can use Lightning Element?!” Zhankong’s eyes almost popped out!

He, who knew very well about Mo Fan’s Fire Element being the main, was simply astonished when he saw Mo Fan effortlessly casting Lightning magic! That too an Intermediate Level Spell!

“Fusion Magic!”

“Fiery Thunderbolt Compression Fist!”

The spell which Mo Fan casted before was just a distraction! His next spell was the deadly one!

Similar to the Compression Fire Crystal Candle, he fused the two Fiery Fist and Thunderbolt Intermediate Spells and also compressed them with Space Magic.

The moment Mo Fan uttered the name of his spell, huge Reddish Purple flames with Crimson Lightning encapsulated his whole being and slowly transferred to his right fist, as he punched the Fiery Thunderbolt Compression Fist right in front of the Beautiful woman.

The Destructive Fusion Spell burst out violently towards the woman with a loud BANG at point blank range!

The Purple Fire which exuded red lightning charged like a missile in the shape of a Bolt and exploded fiercely, the moment it came into contact with the woman.

The woman was seriously alarmed seeing this unusual spell! She tried to suppress it, but as soon as she suppressed the lightning, the Fire exploded and enveloped her, and even the lightning exploded after that!

The explosion which was supposed to be huge enough to destroy the whole building was contained and enveloped only the pretty lady.

“Urgh!” Mo Fan clenched his teeth in frustration, he knew that none of his attacks will work against a Forbidden Mage.

He turned towards Zhankong’s direction, “Chief Military Instructor Run!” and yelled.

But just as he uttered the words, he noticed his fusion spell shrunk and vanish within the blink of an eye!

“This is very intriguing!” The Handsome Man sitting in Zhankong’s seat said.

His eyes were analysing everything as he stared at Mo Fan with curiosity!

Mo Fan who heard a familiar voice glanced at the man, and was soon face palmed again and restrained in an instant by the beautiful woman!

“Kugh! Let me go! Urgh!!” Mo Fan struggled but could not get the woman off him!

“It seems you have a lot of tricks up your sleeve, child!” Song Lin said as she scanned him.

“Mo Fan, calm down! They are my friends and my superiors!” Zhankong immediately went near Mo Fan to calm him down!

He was touched by Mo Fan’s efforts to save him.

“H-huh? What? T-tang Zhong?!” Mo Fan who was struggling, immediately calmed down after hearing Zhankong’s voice. He then saw Lingyin Enforcement Union’s President Tang Zhong!

Mo Fan thought the Black Vatican made their move to eliminate Zhankong, who is currently the only Super mage in the entire Bo City.

But he didn’t expect President Tang Zhong to visit Bo City himself!

“You recognise me?!” Tang Zhong asked. He was intrigued by the youth in front of him.

“Y-yes… You are related to my teacher, Ms. Tang Yue.” Mo Fan said.

After hearing Tang Yue’s name, Song Lin loosened her grip and released him.

“Do you know where she lives?” Song Lin immediately asked Mo Fan!

“H-huh?!” He was confused as to why this lady was asking that.

“Mo Fan, do you know where Ms. Tang Yue lives?” Zhankong asked Mo Fan as well.

“W-well, yes I do know where she lives—”

“Take me to her, right now!”

Before he could finish his sentence Song Lin grabbed his shoulders and said.

“Ow! Ow ow! Stop you’re hurting me!” Mo Fan felt like this lady would literally rip his shoulders apart if she grabbed him again with such force.

“Sister Song Lin, he’s just a student.” Zhankong reminded her.

“O-oh... Sorry.” Song Lin let go of his shoulders.

The moment she let go of Mo Fan, his shoulders immediately made the sound of bones crackling.

“Ugh...”

“Mo Fan, they’re Ms. Tang Yue’s parents. They have come to take her back.” Zhankong explained the situation.

“What? Parents?! Weren’t you her uncle?” Mo Fan stared at Tang Zhong and asked.

“I am indeed her uncle, but I’ve raised her as my daughter.” Tang Zhong affirmed Mo Fan’s claim and added.

“Then who is she?” Mo Fan asked while pointing at the Violent Song Lin.

“…?” Tang Zhong was confused, he looked at Zhankong. Similarly, Zhankong also looked at Tang Zhong.

“You know Chairman Tang Zhong, but you don’t know the Sole Executive Secretary of the Enforcement Union of China, Song Lin?” Zhankong was dumbfounded at how uneducated Mo Fan was.

Song Lin was actually very famous in the country! She was the First Female Forbidden Mage of China who had solo’d an Emperor level monster by herself!

She has been an excellent Enforcer who solved many cases and caught many Criminal Mages and mages who had committed Taboo magic and also achieved her position by her hard-work and dedication!

She had helped the Military and Magic Association many times to clear out and reclaim many of the cities outside the safe zone!

She and Tang Zhong also ran many Orphanages and Old Age homes throughout the country.

“Executive Secretary…? Chairman Tang Zhong? What are you talking about? Wasn’t he the President of Lingyin Enforcement Union?” Mo Fan was still confused.

This was the first time he had met this lady. Even in his previous life there was no person named Song Lin that he knew of.

And to top it all off, there was definitely no Song Lin in Tang Yue’s life who acted as her guardian.

“Ugh, you’re so illiterate concerning the happenings in the world despite having such vast knowledge regarding magic.

Listen well, the one sitting in front of you is none other than the Sole Chairman of the Entire Enforcement Union of China and this person here is the only Executive Secretary of the said Chairman! They both basically represent the Entire Chinese Enforcement Union!” Zhankong sighed in disappointment.

“Sister, don’t mind him, he’s just an ignorant little kid.” Zhankong turned towards Song Lin and said politely so as to not sour her mood.

“It’s fine, it’s fine~ I’m not mad.” Song Lin said.

“Hey what’s your name, Kid?” Tang Zhong asked.

“H-huh? It’s Mo Fan, Sir.” Mo Fan was snapped back.

“So you’re that infamously intelligent kid.” Song Lin suddenly called out as her interest was peeked!

“Mo Fan, huh... I heard from Zhankong, that it was you who turned him into a Super Mage.” Tang Zhong said while staring at him.

The way Tang Zhong stared at him made Mo Fan feel uncomfortable, it felt as if he cannot hide anything from him.

“I-it wasn’t me, Chief Instructor achieved his power on his own. I just pointed him at the right direction.” Mo Fan said humbly. _Lets not get on their bad side_ He thought.

It was true, because the place where the Heavenly Fire Core was located, wasn’t really a walk in the park. It was Zhankong who was able to absorb the Core and advance even further than Mo Fan had imagined.

Hearing Mo Fan’s response, Zhankong couldn’t help but tear up a little. His impression of Mo Fan had risen even more! He really felt like making Mo Fan his actual Little brother.

“I like him~” Song Lin said while ruffling Mo Fan’s hair. She had a fairly nice opinion of Mo Fan, as Tang Yue talked about him pretty much all the time, when she went back home briefly.

“Ah, please stop that, I’m not a kid!” Mo Fan didn’t liked the idea of having his head being patted by an unknown stranger.

“What kind of Magic was that?” Tang Zhong continued.

It was the first time he had seen such a bizarre magic. Fire and Lightning were combined… no, it was as if they were mixed together and merged into one! It was simply an impossible feat, as two elements cannot merge together! Fire and Lightning were both pretty unstable elements.

When he saw Mo Fan using the two elements simultaneously, Tang Zhong thought that Mo Fan was planning to create an Explosion! But he was dumbfounded when he saw the two elements combined and merged into one! He had never ever seen something like this before!

The power was also huge compared to an Average Tier 1 Intermediate Spell.

“T-that’s…” Mo Fan was at a loss for words. He didn’t know how to explain it!

He looked at Zhankong, but it seemed like he also wanted to know more about it.

If he didn’t explained it properly, they might deem it as a Forbidden Magic! After all, the person who was asking about it right now was none other than the Chairman of the Enforcement Union of China!
