Inaugurath who felt relieved from the terror of Deathy Aura, fell asleep within Willa arm.

Although it looks odd for someone so small such as Willa to carry someone so big such as Inaugurath, Willa carried the sleeping Inaugurath back to his room from where they were, which were by the entrance.

Because it's impossible to carry him on her back or by the shoulder due to the difference in height, Willa princess carried Inaugurath and laid him on his bed.

Willa wiped the corner of Inaugurath's eyes who had a trace of tear with her right thumb. 

While watching Inaugurath fast asleep, Willa caressed his head gently.

"I am sorry, Rath...I did not mean to..."

Willa decided to sit by the side of Inaugurath who's sleeping at least until he wakes up.

Maybe it is time for me to leave the demonkin. At the very least, I must be away from them until I could be fully in control of my power. Especially, I need to be able to control Deathly Aura when I changed back to William.

Pondered Willa while she was still gently caressing Inaugurath.

She was looking at Inaugurath's face who was sleeping so peacefully. When she observed him like this, she realized that if she were to disregard his demonkin features, Inaugurath was a handsome man. Yet, from the stories she heard so far, the human in this world, or more like, the humanoids in this world treated the demonkin as of they were sinful being who's needed to be vanquished.

She heard from Inaugurath, that there was a record where the demonkin was trying to connect with other humanoid in a trade more than a thousand year ago, was killed after being scammed, accused of the massacre of a whole village, and the demonkin's remains were showed to the public by the religious authorities of the time to garner even more faithful devotees. Even now, it was said that the remains were not being allowed to return to earth, preserved in a museum ran by the church to make the devotees believed that Demon exists and they need the church for them to be saved from the Demon.

Willa who heard Inaugurath's story at the time was laughing. She laughed at the fact that, no matter what world, when the higher ups of a religious organizations were corrupt, they would always did the same thing.

Due to such deed by the religious authorities of that time, most of the humanoids whose lifespan isn't long, believed that the Demonkin is the Demon from their Holy Books.

Willa showed a dark smile,

Now the real Demon comes out instead. One that they could not defeat. I wonder how are they taking measures compared to the Demonkin who was at the brink of extinction? 

All I know is, if those amount of God forsaken monsters come attacking again, even if they were to unite, they wouldn't be able to kill them. At best, they could only boxed them all at once. Because it's impossible for those things to be driven back, it would hunt their preys even when they don't have any limbs left.

I guess I need objectives.

First is to familiarise myself with what I could do in this world.

Second is to investigate this great mountain, and try to find where those things came from.

Third is to fix the humanoids' view of Demon. Because even if Demonkin could now harm or even kill those monsters, 2000 people is not a number sufficient enough to fight back against them. I have a feeling if all the living being do not unite, this would not be thoroughly solved. Of course my feeling is just based on the usual tropes from stories back when I was young.

Looking at Inaugurath's peaceful expression made Willa sleepy too.

She stopped her caressing and got on Inaugurath's bed and fell asleep.

"Ngh......"

Inaugurath felt something wrapping up his neck tight, woke up from the sensation.

He smells something sweet from beside him. Something that he smelled only just recently.

"Uuhhmm..."

A groan was heard right beside his ear. The kind of groan which tone sent him shivers.

He braced himself, and turned his head to the right slowly.

What greeted him was the sleeping face of Willa, no more than 12 cm away from his face.

Inaugurath gasped and held his breath.

His heart raced so much it felt like the blood which was pumped by it would burst.

He tried to move away, but his right arm brushed something soft and Willa let out sweet moan.

His eyes wandered to his arm which brushed that soft thing. Which was a mistake. Now he knew what was it that brushes his right arm plus what kind of attire Willa is currently now.

Why is she sleeping half naked!? Why is she sleeping with me!? What happened!?

In a panic, Inaugurath tried to remember what happened before he was sleeping.

But then, he felt something touching his reproductive organ which stood erect without him realising.

In a jolt, he got away from Willa. Thankfully Willa didn't wrap her arms around his neck using all of her strength.

Willa, woken up by Inaugurath's sudden action,  stretched her body.

Her voluptuous breasts which rests on her small figure was only covered by a thin nightwear which was transparent. Although the peaks of her mountain were covered by the frill.

"You woke up, Rath....?"

Willa, with sleepy eyes, looked at Inaugurath who was still in his frozen state as if he received the gaze of Gorgon.

This odd state of his made Willa observed him more, and her gaze stopped and opened wide at something that stood up.

Then she showed an amused smile.

"Oh my...what a greeting "

"!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?!?"

Inaugurath panickly tried to cover his groin, his face was redder than it ever be.

"Now now, no need to be embarrassed. I will not bite"

Willa slowly got closer to Inaugurath.

Inaugurath, his capability of thinking was terminated, could only moved based on his instinct. His shook his head as if trying to say to Willa don't come closer.

Like a cat, Willa kept getting closer.

"*gulp*..."

A loud gulping sound was heard.

Willa's face was now closer than before to his face.

Inaugurath closed his eyes tight.

"Pfft....pfaaahaaahahahaahahahahahaha!!!"

Willa backed off right away and laughed while holding her stomach.

Inaugurath stayed silence, his expression was mixed of hope, despair, embarrassment, lust, despair, and hope.

"Damn...you..."

"PfahHaahahahah!!"

The pouty cursing made Willa laughed without stopping.

In embarrassment, Inaugurath turned his face away so that Willa couldn't see it.

"Aaahhaha oh my goodness, your expression is so funny right now, Rath"

Willa wiped the tears away from her eye from laughing too much.

"That expression of mixed expectations, hope, despair, and lust was amusing~ "

".......bastard"

"I am truly sorry, Rath"

Willa chuckled when she received his cursing again.

"But Rath...if you truly want to make love with me...make sure to fall in love with me first and make sure you make me fall for you..."

With her cheeks flushed in pink colour than the usual, Willa spoke in seriousness with a much gentler tone than before.

"................................."

Right now, Inaugurath's bodily activities were as if they stopped completely. He couldn't react at all to Willa's words.

"I think I shall head to the bathroom first"

Willa sent a teasing wink towards Inaugurath before she got off of the bed and was heading to the bathroom.

"Haaaaaaaaaaah......."

Inaugurath let out a big sigh, and plopped down his body back on the bed.

After both Willa and Inaugurath done taking a bath and had breakfast, they began to talk.

"About what happened yesterday, I am sorry. I had no idea because I did not particularly feel anything changing in the atmosphere"

Looking at Willa's apologetic expression made Inaugurath felt guilty.

"It's alright. I know you didn't deliberately let out that kind of aura..."

When he said that, he began to remembered the sensation which he felt yesterday.

"Just...just what kind of aura was that? It was as if I was standing and witnessing the end of the world. My basic instinct as a living being was screaming so loud that it was the end..."

Willa who was listening silently, realized that Inaugurath was trembling.

"It was one of the powers I have received after I annihilate the lot of them before you came to save me....it was the power of Death, granted to me as someone who took the most life"

"The power of Death? Does it mean that you ruled over death now?"

"Not exactly. Instead of becoming "Death" itself, I am merely become its "Avatar". It only granted me Deathly Aura and Eyes Overseeing Death..."

"I experienced, no, we have experienced the Deathly Aura, but what's the other one do?"

"I do not know. When I saw you yesterday barging in while I was being William, I did not particularly see or feel anything"

"Do you at least have an idea of what it is?"

"Eyes Overseeing Death. I was guessing that this is the power to know when people would die, but as I have told you, I saw nothing in particular"

"I see...well then, for now let's put this matter on hold. We need to go to the training field"

Willa nodded and followed Inaugurath to the field.

There were around 500 people stood on the field.

When they saw their chief and Willa's arrival, their fingers began to shakes uncontrollably.

Instinctively, they realized that the terror they felt yesterday came from the woman who came with their chief.

Their souls, still feeling the after-effect of the terror, were screaming to them to run and get away as far as possible.

But their minds, whether they're men or women, told them to stay put. It was telling them that this human woman who could be the goddess herself, was their saviour.

As demonkin, it would tarnish their pride to behave rudely towards their saviour. But alas, it was such a primal terror which they had experienced, and their soul hadn't recovered from the after-effect yet.

Inaugurath created a stone platform big and tall enough for him and Willa, so that the both of them could be seen by wet attendees.

"For now, expel your mana"

Ordered Inaugurath without further ado.

Some of them were confused and were looking around, but all of them did as was told.

"Willa, would you please"

She nodded, and transferred her mana to the 500 in front of her.

There were not few of them who got scared from Willa who raised her both arms because they thought she would attack them.

Their souls were so terrified that they didn't quite think logically. Why would she attack them, when it was their chief who asked her to do something?

"Feel the mana that's gradually flowing into you!"

Everyone of the 500 closed their eyes as if they're doing their usual meditation training.

What they're currently feeling now, was akin to a refreshing morning breeze in a lush forest that carried the scent of morning dew.

Their souls were soothed, the trembling on their fingers gradually calming down and eventually stopped. The creases between their brows were eased.

The mana which flew into them made them feel very peaceful as if they were embraced by their loving parents or any of their loved ones.

"What you feel now, is the origin mana. The origin mana which amount inside of us were miniscule compared to our capacity!"

"When you remembered the sensation, compared it with the mana you have been in acquaintance since you were born!"

Inaugurath paused for a moment.

"Willa, stop the flow"

She nodded and let down her arms.

"Now within you lies origin mana. Meditate, get acquainted with the sensation to the point you clearly know the difference just like how you knew the difference of man and woman!"

"*Snort*!"

One of the 500 was snorting, as if he was doing his best not to laugh at what he just heard. It was Skawn. He stood on the very front.

"Meditate here for six hours from now"

Inaugurath returned the stone platform leveled to the ground.

"I guess I should train too while watching over them. What would you want to do?"

Asked by Inaugurath, Willa decided to speak out what she had thought previously.

"Rath, it is time for me to go"

"....what?"

"I want to travel and investigate where did those monsters come from"

"But then...how could they get use to the original mana without your mana supply?"

"They have you, their chief, haven't they? Your mana is also purer now, so I guess you could help them"

"..........."

"Ufufufu it is not like we would not meet again, Rath. Please stop being pouty"

"Haaaah....."

Being teased, Inaugurath sigh and felt like it would be hopeless to try persuading her to stay.

"Where are you heading?"

"For now, the world below. The humanoid's territories.

"I see...come with me for a bit"

"Hmm...?"

Inaugurath held Willa's hand and lead her away from the field.

They're now back on Inaugurath's home.

"Stand there for a second"

"...???"

Willa was confused at Inaugurath's behaviour.

Inaugurath then took off  his necklace and put it on around Willa's neck.

"What is this, Rath?"

"...my precious necklace. Made from the horns of my parents"

"Is this not precious to you?"

"Yes, and I already marked it as my swap spell target. Even in the most dire of situation, where this necklace is would be the easiest place from me to swap to. I want you to keep wearing it. I know that you are stronger than me...b-but please at least grant this request, for my own peace..."

Willa was smiling sheepishly while she was caressing the two small horns of different shape.

"Thank you, Rath...but how can you know when you need to swap with this?"

Willa held out the horns with her two hands towards Inaugurath.

"When you're in danger, I would know. It reacts to the wearer's life force"

"Oh.....I thought it would notice you if I were to scream "Help!"...if so, I could use it to make you swap in while I am taking a bath "

Willa slipped in the two small horns between her cleavage, that action made Inaugurath gulped his saliva. 

Although there were many female demonkin who dressed skimpily, Willa who was wearing much proper attire invoked his manly instinct somehow.

"Are you going right now?"

"Yes. Although, I have to trouble you some more. Could you give me a week worth rations, please?"

Willa clasped her hands together as if she was praying, and begged with superficial begging expression.

The fakeness of her expression made Inaugurath smiled slightly.

"Wait here for a while, I am going to take some from the warehouse"

"Yes, sir~!"

Willa cutely gave a military salute she often saw in her previous life.

Naturally, Inaugurath didn't know that it was a salute, but it didn't matter, because he thought it was cute.

Meanwhile, Willa who was left alone inside the house, prepared a cup of tea for herself.

I would miss this taste...

Thought Willa, while she was sipping her tea bit by bit.

20 minutes has passed, Inaugurath finally came back, he brought a long with him three sacks on his back.

"Here. One full of vegetables and fruits, one other is full of preserved meat, and the last full of hard bread"

"..............you know, Rath? That would last me a month than a week..."

"Well, better safe than sorry. After all, we don't have any of the currency of the world below. I don't want you to die from hunger"

"*Chuckle* thank you, Rath"

Although there's so many to retort, and one of them being that she's not a child, yet he treated her like a child who don't know how to get foods in the wild or how to get money, but nonetheless, she accepted his kindness.

Then, she put all the sacks into her storage.

"That ability is very convenient"

"Right? I think I could be a merchant with this!"

"You can't be a merchant if you can't read or calculate"

"How rude! I can read and do math!"

Both of them were staring each other, their eyes on a different height.

And then, they're both laughing.

"Should we go then?"

"Yes!"

Willa linked her arm to Inaugurath's left arm, and then they swapped with a chiseled rock on the surface which was already prepared beforehand as a medium for the swap spell.

"Take care of yourself, Willa. Don't go teasing people left and right"

"I only teased you, Rath"

She responded with a smile plastered on her face.

"Farewell, then"

"Yes, see you soon"

Willa shook Inaugurath's hand which was offered to her.

And then, she casted a silent flight spell.

She wrapped her arms around Inaugurath who towered above her by floating.

Then, she gave Inaugurath a kiss.

A deep kiss on his mouth.

Inaugurath's eyes wide-opened from the suddenness, and the softness that touched his lips.

In his stupor, Willa's tongue invaded the inside of his mouth, it sought his tongue which it found.

It sent shivers to his spine, his groin felt tighter.

For another several tens of seconds, Inaugurath's was thoroughly French kissed.

"Phuaaah...haah...haaah"

Willa stopped, and she gasped for air. Inaugurath? He didn't breathe.

"Always think of me, okay? Bye-bye!"

Willa flew away right after she done the deed.

Meanwhile, Inaugurath became statue for quite some times.

Thankfully, no enemies were nearby.

Now, he was cursed with being unable to stop thinking about his very first kiss in more than 600 years of his life. In demonkin's custom, lips to lips kiss was only done by married couple. Willa didn't know this.
