The Dungeon Core:

A Dungeon Core is an item created by the Ultimate God of Chaos. 

All Dungeon Cores has an attribute and helps determine what kind of Dungeon will be created.

The Dungeon will be built around the Core, and only the Dungeon Master, the owner of the Core, can control it.

If the Dungeon Master dies, the Core will go into a wild state, becoming unable to grow any more, and can be accessed by any living creatures. They can only alter the functions the Dungeon already has.

A Dungeon Core can be locked to an individual. Doing so will make the Core unusable for crafting a Dungeon for anyone except the owner, even if the owner dies. 

Alvatria's comment: Those Cores are damn expensive. In human society, they're on the same level as a national treasure.
