'Are you certain your parents are in the school?' I asked while looking to see if my favorite soda was in stock, only to be disappointed.

'Mmm, they ran in the direction of the school building after tossing me to the zombies, so they should be in there.' Rachel said as she licked the blood from her muzzle.

'Oh, I can hear something, they're coming up from below.' Rachel said while looking at me with a panicked expression.

'I saw a door leading to the roof, let's go up and listen, maybe they came from the school.'

We both pushed through the back door and took the stairs to the roof, and locked the door behind us.

"Are you sure it's safe?" I heard a timid sounding voice and inwardly shook my head.

'Seems like they're not to cautious, otherwise they'd send one to inspect and keep the others inside, instead of all advancing as one.' I told Rachel, and then she nodded after thinking it over in her head.

I could literally see the gears turning in her brain as her eyes lit up.

'I know them! Their voices are familiar! They're my classmates, I wouldn't forget their voices.' 

'What did they do to you?' I asked, hearing eyes normally bubbly voice seem depressed.

'They all bullied me, and the teachers didn't do anything about it, so I dropped out of school in the second semester.' Rachel said while looking at the cloudy sky.

'Well, since they bullied you, I have the perfect revenge for them, wanna hear it?' I asked wickedly, my outer mouth grinning.

She nodded and I began to explain the plan.

'I'll kill one of them and make the rest flee, you stop me and try to get in their good books, then infiltrate the school, I'll make my way in on my own, but you need to get in somehow.'

I flexed my claws and then crawled downstairs before she could object and slashed out with my tail at the nearest one, and severed his legs from his body.

I stabbed down with my tail after letting him alert the others. Then they all took of running through the door, as if death were on their heels, making me smile slightly.

Then I took of after them, adjusting my pace so I didn't make them feel hopeless, then I heard the ground vibrate behind me and knew Rachel was coming.

Slowing down, I impaled another guy with my tail, then dropped the body by shaking my tail, then I caught up to the boy names James and lifted him into the air, ignoring the scream to kill him.

Then a ray of light slammed into me and sent me tumbling, making me shake my head to reorient myself.

'Why'd you kill them?' She asked as she pawed the ground, both of us ignoring the boy on the ground as we circled each other.

'They bullied you, and I consider you my friend so naturally they had to die.' I hissed angrily, feeling the anger radiating off of her, making me rethink my actions.

'Fine, but you can't kill them anymore, they're mine to deal with!' I grinned and nodded and then retreated into the darkness as she walked over to the boy and nuzzled him.
