Synopsis

Don't let anyone roll the dice.

Ford Zairon has always been content with a life deep in the mud, letting others have their glory, fine as a stepping stone to someone else's cause. Then Lucia arrives at his DnD session, dark-haired and expressionless, searching for something she can't name in a game she doesn't understand. Now Forza must teach her the rules, read a face that refuses to be read, and figure out the hardest part...

Learning to roll the dice himself

///////////////////////////////

What to expect: Romcom and Slice Of Life story with a cynical MC. Gives a lot of focus to DnD but beginners or readers that don't know the game are welcome. The story doesn't require an extensive DnD knowledge.

Volume 2 is on it's way and will drop at July 27! Look forward to it!

    Was honestly expecting a generic rom-com judging by the genres but this is a completely fresh air. Right off the bat the pacing is somewhat brief and short with a humorous narrative. The clear distinct on how characters speak and think is a nice touch. Then, you have the jokes. They’re genuinely acceptable, and quite smart of the author. It’s not rare, but you don’t see this often. Something that ticked me off is how the side characters get quietly deleted off. I mean sure, but the author could’ve at least kept them for another chapter or two. I would’ve done the same though. Another thing, character designs are definitely colorful here. It’s nice to see change in the average appearance of the male lead. Overall, this is a read that will keep you smiling for awhile.
