Though I'm giving this a 3 this has 5 star potential. Sadly I had to ding it twice for two major problems. 1, the prologues are bad enough I would say they need to be rewritten, especially Williams. They drag on for way longer than their plots warrant, again especially Williams, and they make for some pretty dry reading and inconsistent character building. 2, this work desperately needs an editor. The grammar and spelling have frequent mistakes and entire words seem to just be missing some places. However if you can slog through the prologues and put up with poor editing (and let's be real poor editing is a chronic problem on scribblehub anyway) there's a deep and complex plot with interesting characters and surprisingly deep and complex world building that could easily be a 5 star story.
Just wait for the prolog to end and then the story starts to shine. It has a good world build and not feels like the same novel but different color (which is most of the reincarnation stories sadly) . It has its own flavour. Give it a go, you wont regret it.
I cannot recommend this enough. It's an amazing novel on the level of stuff like Daybreak on Hyperion. Get past the first three prologue chapters and it's one of the best reincarnation novels I've read in a while. The first three really do drag though.

It begins as a usual isekai story.
No, wait. It`s worse. It’s otome isekai. And I`m the villain.
Of course, there must be some kind of cheat to make up for it. It’s that kind of story.
And my cheat is… being a s
