Koushizaki Tsuyoshi, an 18-year old young man starts his hobby of being Observer Enthusiast after a certain "Event". Being an Observer X Avid reader for quite a long time, Tsuyoshi naturally noticed the flaws of humans and it's society, but as time passes he starts getting bored and fed up of observing humans social life as he moves observing plots of novels to once get his "Inspiration" again and eventually like reading many different world genre novels.

However one night he falls asleep as he comes across a chance he might never come across again if he let it go.
