But the Goddess will not be ignored, and her new paramour will find the Paths more dangerous than a sheltered life could have possibly prepared her for.

Wow omg, it has been a ride up until now. And since I am kinda all caught up for now...I guess I just wanted to say thank you! Well, you've kinda made an amazing thing, and honestly? A lot of the themes you've dealt with are usually not stuff I deal with well at all, but I guess I feel like you have managed to balance bad/sad/dark stuff with cute/fluffy/happy emotions and love that I was not only able to keep reading, but I almost couldn't stop. So thank you sosososososo much for writing this!!

Sun Spoken Turn is a story like no other. Trauma laid bare and raw, pain and tragedy rooted deep in almost every character. And hope despite it all.
These characters are so very human, and radiate empathy for one another in a breathtaking swirl of romance and healing and growth.
Nevarii has a gift for balancing this dichotomy of joy and suffering, and my goodness does this story have a lot of joy to share.
Also also also there's trans poly lesbians 10/10; queer your gender you cowards

This story was my first exposure to the delightful Nevarii and her wonderful worlds.
Sunspoken Turn is made up of a series of flawed characters in a broken yet slowly healing world where the pov characters work to get better by talking through their issues and occasionally resorting to horrific violence.
As a Transfem Lesbian narrative, it doesn't shy away from the real fear of disclosure, treats polyamory as a thing to be enjoyed and discussed openly and acknowledges that different bodies are all worthwhile.
The plot explores in some ways, a parallel of The Handmaid's Tale, presenting a world where those Assigned Male are treated as breeding stock and in many ways less than human, and the complications such a situation would induce in society, including how it affects transmasculine individuals.
In addition, Sunspoken Turn looks at plurality from a variety of different perspectives, with each plural character having vastly differing opinions on what plurality means to them and how they manage a shared body.
I have found myself crying when I read this story at multiple points, both from what the characters go through as well as how they eventually overcome their traumas and begin to heal together.

Ok to start, but by end of first arc it drops. MC is a ditz! Bad at decision making, easily manipulated and leads to more messy story telling going into second arc.
Story has some intriguing elements in it, but repetitive character issues ruin the story.
