天圣教主 (Heavenly Saint Sect Master), 牧天尊 (Divine Shepherd Revered), 人皇 (Human Emperor), 秦凤青 (Qin Fengqing), the second consciousness born from the sealed body of Qin Fengqing, the first being to be born in the Netherworld. When he was young, he was carried to the banks of the Yong River by a female corpse named Mu Ping and was found by a midwife named Si Po Po, who then adopted him. Originally an ordinary person, he was deceived by the village chief into believing that he possessed an extraordinary physique.

After leaving the Great Ruins, he became the Sect Master of the Demonic Heaven Sect. After his brother Qin Fengqing broke the seal, causing chaos in the Buddha Realm and the Floating Void Realm, he led the gods to escape the doomed Taihuang Heaven and revived the Empress of the Dark Heaven in the Yin Realm. He traveled back a million years and caused a disturbance in the Heavenly Court.
