A young, ill mage who sees himself as a burden for his people because of his

inability to wield magic well. In his short life, he has learned many fields of

study and has even taught classes to his peers, but has become frustrated

watching others wield the same spells and techniques that escape him.

Finally, as a war breaks out between his people, the Magi, and the Empire his father Path'aniel bargains with a brutal warlord for a piece of alien technology that is his only hope of curing his illness. But this tech will take time to work its magic, how much time is dependent on the severity of the illness. How much will the world change while Nath'aniel sleeps and the machine works on him?

A

Jewish man, burn in Germany before the rise of the Third Reich. He took his wife

and daughters and in an attempt to flee them to Poland. Unfortunately, they were

caught and sent to a concentration camp in western Germany. After months of

rough and abusive work thrown at them, one day they made all the men dig a long

trench, having heard about ‘trench warfare’ from his father, he and the others

did as they were told and dug and dug the day away. That night however as the

prisoners were secretly led out into the night, Erik saw that his wife, Magda

and daughters, Anya and Illyana had been shot and left in the trench he had

dug. In his rage his mutant powers awoke, and the guard’s guns were turned on

their owners. The shots drew the attention of an Allied commando team lead by

none other than Captain America. Seeing what Erik was capable of Captain Rogers

asked for him to join the Howlers, and prevent more families and innocents from

knowing the pain that he was going through. He agreed, and saw hope in the

accomplishments of their team. However today Erik sees the signs that he saw

before the Second Great War, signs of a new group being oppressed, the mutants.

And he will not let a second holocaust to happen without a fight. (Character's history changed from the comics)

The

daughter of Magneto and Magda Maximoff. She grew up with her mother and twin

brother, Pietro in Sokovia, but after their mother’s death she and her brother

moved to Genosha, a isolated island nation that only accepts mutants or

relatives of mutants onto their shores. And when her own powers awoke, she too

joined the fight alongside her brother and father. (Character's aliases changed)

The

son of Magneto and Magda Maximoff. He has always had a hard time sitting still

and generally staying on task. This only worsened when he watched Sokovian

soldier shoot and kill his mother did his own powers awaken. But controlling

them was near impossible, and while growing up on Genosha the Black Queen

Selene helped him get some control over his super speed.

A

native London born, on the night of her fifteenth birthday Sam grow six inches

overnight. And continued to grow, and thicken as her X-gene turned her into a

massive rock covered four armed strong woman. While her family hid her away,

eventually her father was killed in a robbery attempt. And in 2004 she was

scouted by Psylocke to show the world, mutants don’t need to hide. (Original Character)

The

son of a blacksmith born in England in 1126 AD. Always wanting to be like the

knights and lords his father served. When the Second Crusade was called, he

joined a Templar Order and fought and killed for both God and Country, but was

recognized not by a lord of his country but of France. Knighted as an un-landed

Knight by the Duke of Bar. While campaigning in his homeland (before the

Anglo-French war of 1158) when he and his men were ambushed at night his X-gene

went active and his ability to manipulate and control light manifested. Over

the next couple of years he vented against his enemies. Then one day a massive

metal man attacked him, and defeated him. Instead of killing him he was sealed

into a ‘metal tomb’ and slept until Magneto and Psylocke freed him in 2002. And

he swore his sword to them, and became a member of the Brotherhood. (Character's powers changed from the comics)

Native

of Sydney Australia, he spent much of his youth as a thug and wannabe gangster.

But after having served two years, his girlfriend left him. While in prison he

found a love for books and writing. And started to write and turned out to have

a talent for it, as he was picked up shortly after his release. It wasn’t till

he was nearly killed in a wild fire that his mutant powers to control fire manifested.

Daughter

of Count James Braddock of England and Karin Tsurayaba of Japan. She and her

twin brother, Brian, are both mutants. But while Brian fells the weight of

family and duty, Betsy would rather one day be free to shout to the world that

there is nothing wrong with her. And so she used her position in the family

business of Braddock Consolidated, to scout for fellow mutants to join in the
