Evan is a boy who seems like a delinquent, and he has been kicked out of different orphanages due to his bad behavior for as long as he can remember. Suddenly, he is adopted (kidnapped) by an organization that conducts experiments on humans, and there he reunites with a girl who has to go through a lot of pain and suffering.
