As an important part of the novel "A moonless night" Alannah White had to play her role as a vicious antagonist, hurting and offending the male protagonist's moonshine. Hatred, resentment and a turbulent wave of emotions would make the main protagonists overcome those obstacles thus forming a pure and lasting love.
Holding an ice cream cone Alannah exclaimed:
"Brother, I'm being bullied!"
The girl's lips pouted, some of the ice cream had stained her seductive cherry lips, along with her teary eyes evoked a hidden sweetness and innocence. Arlan's smiling eyes looked at his little sister and with his pale slender hand he wiped the remains of the ice cream from those stained lips, the love and care that was reflected in those small actions made her smile. "I'll take over," was what came from the lips of that cold-faced man.
"Brother, how will you take charge?"
"Kill them and hide their remains."
"Shall I help you?"
Without refusing or accepting the man just smiled as he stroked her head. Alannah couldn't take it anymore and started laughing.
"Pffft!!! Now we're in the business of disappearing people? Why don't we just bully them and take everything from them."
The silly girl began to blurt out nonsense without noticing the subtle change in the eyes of the man in front of her.
"It's okay, whatever makes you happy."
