After China, Russia and North Korea joined forces, their nuclear weapon technology quickly saw rapid advancement and soon, the three giants were recognized as a major global threat to humanity. To counter these unforeseen developments, an organization that opposed this threat got established; it became known across the world as "the seven powers". They consisted of the following countries : the US, Canada, the UK, France, Germany, Italy, as well as Japan.... more>>

Instead of fighting fire with fire, "the seven powers" decided that they would develop their own special technology. One that would harness and awaken the hidden potential within humans themselves. This technology had the benefit that it would cut down the immense cost of producing the likes of nuclear weapons, as well as prove to be more reliable and sustainable.
They gave it the name "Hiketsu (秘訣, lit. 'Secret Skill')".

After a long drawn-out war that lasted 10 whole years, the "seven powers" were the ones who came out on top after a decisive victory in a battle of man versus machine. However, this large global battle left the world in huge disarray, wherein even those who had come out victorious needed to rebuild their countries back from the ground up. Despite this though, peace had finally emerged upon the world once again...

We find ourselves now in the present time, the year is 2055. 15 years have passed since the dawn had returned to the world at last. Every country, big and small, have had time to heal their wounds and slowly get themselves back on their feet. One such country is Japan, where new leadership has taken to the throne and the nation's economy seems to be back in full swing. But perhaps behind the scenes things all seem a bit less rosy than they might appear on the surface. An organization hidden beneath the shadows sure seems to think so. They like to call themselves the "Twilight Crusaders (黄昏のクルセイダーズ, lit. 'Tasogare no Crusaders')".

The hero of this story, named Narisaki Issei (成 一成), looks up to said organization. He now lives by himself on Tanegashima Island, in a village called "Nakatane". He lost his parents and little sister to the war, back when he was only seven years old. Now, 15 years later, he works as a guard for his village's security corps; recognized by all its citizens as their most promising fighter. While bearing his hatred for the country's government on his sleeve, he works hard day in day out with the ambition of one day being able to represent the "Twilight Crusaders", rise through their ranks and eventually overthrow the evil government that rules the land of Japan.

(This is a battle shonen story set in the real world many years into the future after a huge conflict between some of the biggest world superpowers brought about a reality where many humans across each of "the seven powers" of the world (and possibly beyond) now possess special abilities. Stay tuned to see where we will take this story and to those interested, I'm extremely glad to welcome all of you along this wonderful journey.) <<less

Eve comes from a small village in the western frontier where the unexplored wilderness meets the great plains of Eden. She lived with her mother at the edge of the village sewing clothes hoping one day to get married and start her own family. The main character is not suppose to be likeable. The narrative is from the main character's own perspective. Imagine a story about the evil dual sect in cultivation novels through all of it's ups and downs. Our heroine has to manage her sect enough where they wouldn't get wiped out but also is growing stronger. Easier said than done when most people considers them to be depraved pleasure junkies who deserves divine retribution. <<less
