Uh, yeah, if he prepares enough. But overwhelmed and with only his dagger? Well, he might get some stabs in, but the man isn't a swashbuckler or a fighter by any means. Watch him get his teeth kicked in over a misunderstanding at a bar or gamble away an adventure's earnings in a single game and then make at least enough back to buy a drink and go to sleep. But don't underestimate him because between using poisons and powerful scrolls, he is most deadly when prepared and using a bow. He may not have many spells either but enough to do some damage. A rogue is as strong as the tools at his disposal, after all. And who says he can't talk to lost souls too? As a treat. Oh yeah, he looks middle aged but the man is 28. <<less
