This story is inspired by dreams and fears, my own personal experiences and the many obstacles my husband and I have faced so far. And although it's written in a First Person narrative, the *I* is a combination of several individuals such as relatives and acquaintances. Different minds and perspectives poured into a cascade of strange events.

Fueled by life's hardships and how much stress and anxiety can affect one's creativity and imagination, it depicts the story in a strange and twisted way. Instead of feeling sorry for myself, I choose to turn the chaotic nature of life into writing and drawing fuel. AUTHOR'S NOTE:

This was originally a sequel fanfiction for the Thief Reboot game, and not many readers actually aware of that fact. I've been working on this story for many years now, making sure to follow the source material and remaining true to the established canon. But as the story progressed, I found it more and more difficult to do so, without needing to change or modify certain elements.

So I chose to rewrite some parts, and redesign it as an original story. To be honest, by simply taking out some names and locations, no one would even be able to connect it to the Thief franchise. I created quite a sturdy template, that can easily be used for bringing all of my ideas to life.
