Have you reported it to Tony in the event that is trolling? I've heard from other authors that Tony does investigate these things.
I did. One was considered trolling, and the other wasn't. Not quite sure how that distinction is made, but I'm sure there are obscure, programmer methods that can answer that.
This is very sad news, and I wish that I did not have to learn about it like it. But, like you said, we should live our best lives, trying our best to be as happy as possible, but not because that is what she would have wanted, but because it is what we knew her for.
