Lex groaned as he opened his eyes. This interdimensional teleportation really put your through a loop. 

He looked around him, as the place seemed vaguely familiar, but he couldn't place it. 

"Eeek! Call the police! A pervert!" a cleaner yelled

"What? Where?" several guys came running, all dressed in similar colored overalls. 

They all carried metal rods and brooms. 

"Wait! I'm unarmed!" Lex yelled as he struggle on the ground

He was naked, still had his wrists chained behind his back, and his ankles chained to his wrists, which left him helpless.

One the men tried to strike him with the rod, but he managed to roll out of the way.

But he had rolled on his front, and the small cage that trapped his penis hit the floor, grinding to his hip bone

"Aaagh" he groaned painfully.

"Wait!" a man yelled

"Yes boss" the others stopped

"Who are you? And what are you doing here?" the man who appeared to be the boss said

"My name is Alex Marshall. Where am I?" Lex asked

"You appear in my warehouse and you ask where are you?" the man asked back

"Wait! Is this warehouse near the Art District?" Lex asked

"So you do know. Pervert" the man said

Lex now knew why this place looked familiar. It was the warehouse where he rescued Jasmine and was shot by the police!

But the place had changed quite a bit. How long was he gone for?

"Er... how long have you run this place?" Lex asked

"We've been her for 6 months..." the cleaner said

"Shhhh. Don't tell him anything. The police will be here soon" the boss said

40 minutes later, Lex was carried to the car. Unfortunately the metal binding him was too strong, even the welders called could not set him free.

Lex sat awkwardly on a couch brought into the interrogation room, because he couldn't sit on the metal chair properly

Inspector Jamie Watts walked in and sat down looking at him

"So where are they?" he asked

"Huh? What do you mean?" Lex asked in reply

"Where are all the missing people!" he asked again

"I don't understand" Lex answered

"Don't lie to me! I saw the cctv footage in the warehouse! You're the only one that has returned! Where are the rest?" he asked louder

"I don't know what you're talking about. Please call Jasmine Lockhart. She'll vouch for me!" Lex said

"Jasmine Lockhart? The Insatiable actress?" Inspector Watts asked

"Yes" Lex replied

"She's one of the missing ones! You liar, you know where they are, don't you?" the inspector lunged at him and started shaking him.

"Stand down Inspector Watts!" a woman walked in

"Sorry Ma'am" inspector Watts said backing off

"My name is Captain Heather Bluise. You are Captain Alex Marshall, aren't you?" she asked

"Yes" Lex said

"You see, we have matched your fingerprints to that on record, but what I can't understand is, the last time you were seen, you only had one eye, one arm and one natural leg." she said

"You have my fingerprints? I've never committed a crime!" Lex said, shocked

"We got Miss Lockhart's permission to take your prints from around her house to help search for you" Captain Bluise said

"Is that legal?" Lex asked

"We've gotten permission from Miss Lockhart. She wanted to find you as fast as possible." Captain Bluise said

"That is like her, not thinking of the consequences" Lex thought to himself. 

"So... can you explain to me, how does a man with only one eye, one arm and one leg return to us, completely..... whole?" she asked, looking at his penis.  

"That would be... difficult to explain" Lex said, trying to hide his penis from her gaze. 

"So I gather. We've managed to inform Captain Benedict to come and verify your identity. So we will have to keep you in the lockup overnight" she said

"Donny? He's a Captain now? That's great!" Lex said

"About that. How long do you think you've been gone? What do you remember last?" she asked

"How long? I have no clue. The last thing was me rescuing Jasmine on the day after the awards. She was going to film Peak Pistol II with Todd Cruz" he answered

"That was one year 4 months ago. You were shot by.... ah... and your body vanished in front of the police, Jasmine and everyone" she answered

"That long?" Lex was stunned. By his count, he had only been gone for 3 months in the other dimension's time.

"Yes. Jasmine pulled out of the movie after the incident, and was sued by the production company. She lost the case and lost her mansion. She was also black balled after that as she refused to do any movies that showed flesh. She was last seen auditioning for a bit part role in a TV series but she literally vanished in front of the casting crew." Captain Bluise said

"What.. what happened?" Lex asked

"Don't lie that you don't know!" Detective Watts said

"Quiet. I don't think this case is related. Your sister, and Miss Lockhart were among 10,000 people who went missing when that thing appeared" Captain Bruise said

"That.. thing?" Lex repeated

She brought out a picture and showed it to him. It looked like a weird demonic structure, so tall it went up high in the sky, it's top too far to see. 

"This! All over the world, these... towers appeared in all cities with a population above 1 million. Thousands of people disappear from the surroundings, seemingly chosen at random. This happened 6 months ago. Nobody has seen them since!" Captain Bluise said

"Thank you for letting me know" Lex said

"Ahem.. well your friend will be here tomorrow to vouch for your identity. See you again tomorrow" she said and left the room.

Lex was placed in the jail, together with other felons. 

Many of them looked tough, and several of them were licking their lips. 

Lex was bound up, in a vulnerable position and unable to move. 

"I'll have my go first!" one of the burly man said, his erection could be seen under his pants. 

"No me!" another yelled

"How are we going to get to that ass anyway? His arms and legs are bound there" another asked

"Simple, we just break his arms off" the first one said

While they were talking, Lex's eyes were glued to the barred window. 

In the distance, a gigantic tower that pierced the sky stood looking demonic with fires burning and red neon lights criss crossing across its exterior. 

"Damn. If only this world had chi or mana. Then I would be able to......cultivate?" Lex wondered, suddenly feeling some form of energy as soon as he circulated his energy within him. 

The other prisoners had already decided among themselves who would get first dibs on Lex's ass when he suddenly at up. 

He looked at them and smiled. His smile was so sinister that they subconsciously took a step back. 

With a flex of his muscles, the broke the metal restraints open and stood up, stretching his body. 

This energy seemed to be easier to use than mana and aura from the most recent dimension, or chi from the previous one. 

This surprised him because previously, Earth had no such energy. 

He looked at the tower in the distance again and guessed that it had something to do with this energy. 

He walked forwards, and the prisoners all backed away, as he walked towards the barred window. 

Shadows covered his body to make it look like he was wearing a full body jumpsuit.

With that, he disappeared into the shadow of the wall. 

"Look! Outside!" one of the prisoners said

Lex could be seen in the distance, walking towards the tower.
