Hey everyone, Calvin here! I'm just making this to ask everyone what they think the best name for Himiko's hero persona! I have a few ideas, but I want to make sure that you guys will like it. So go ahead and vote, or let me know what you think is a good name for her! Thanks for your input! I hope it all comes together in the best way possible!

Oh, I got one: The morphing hero: Scarlet Shifter! (In Japanese pronounced Scaletto shifta, Scarlet for friends)
There's also Crimson Changer, but it just lacks that ring.
Now I like that. Scarlet Shifter is nice. Makes me think of Mystique, from Marvel.
Other names just pinpoint to her powers from how obvious they are so any villain would just try to punch her mouth or dodge her mouth if she tries to bite.
I second Toga name be "Scarlet Shifter". The name is way less obvious about blood and more about shape shifting.

mb a combination of (crimson/red/scarlet) and (masquerade/facade/enigma/mimic/actor)
I think something like 'red masquerade' or 'crimson actor' have a nice ring to them and reference both the blood sucking and appearance change
The Blood Maiden. Empress I feel is a bit over the top.
I like that a lot too, I put that up on the list to vote for, I didn't want to switch the one I already had though in case people liked that better, but I should have a general idea of what kind of name would be good by tomorrow.
I also think these two names are a bit over the top

While the anime is not ntr or x rated. I dont think she is a maiden.
Since we want a "hero" name we probably don't want words with too negative of a connotation, so I ruled out words like Blood, Bite, and Vampire.
My choice: Scarlet Mimic
Mimics are fictional, and though a monster, the more common idea is about copying, which her quick does. Only someone who truly knows her quick would associate Scarlet with Blood and Mimic with the devious, biting, copying fictional monster.

(In reference to her blood sucking in the first half alongside her desire "to find love": With both her shapeshifting and stealth abilities in the second)

I found these online and feel these might work, considering her quirk.
Enigma- is for the changeling who is always a mystery.
Facade- is for the changeling who is always portraying something else. A great name with connotations of a "disguise".
Also the names are cool🤣👍
Maybe something like Blood hero: Dhampir
(Because she's not necessarily a vampire more like quasi-vampire so dhampir/dhamphir/dhampyr)
