Author Note: Here is a second chapter to make up for the missed one yesterday. I misscheduled the chapter for yesterday...

-----------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------

—Cole POV—

Having been sent to my fourth world as the Demon King, I was tasked with saving nonhumans from extinction at the hands of the Human Supremacist Alliance. Their goal was to kill or breed nonhumans out of existence for the betterment of humanity. One way they attempted to do this was to set nonhumans loose on noblemen's property and have the nobles hunt them down like wild animals. The survivors of these hunts spoke of how their friends and families were torn apart by hunting dogs then beheaded and skinned to be preserved as trophies.

When I came to power, I hunted down every household that participated in that sport and beat them within an inch of their life. After they took my beatings, they would be tossed at the feet of the victim's families where they would meet their end…bit by bit. As word spread of this, the sport vanished and I had hoped to never encounter it again. Unfortunately now I was faced with a similar situation which left me enraged.

‘There is no rehabilitation for people that would do this, and there won’t be a place in this world for them much longer.’, I thought as I seethed with anger, “Mandalay, get in touch with EMS…we are going to need a lot of ambulances, police muscle, and a lot of Heroes to come assist us.”

Stopping what she was doing, she ran over to see what was going on.

“Is something wrong? What did you…OH MY LORD!!”, she shrieked covering her mouth in horror, “Tiger, Pixie-Bob, Ragdoll we have an emergency situation!”

Running over to see for themselves, their faces froze over in shock as they saw the starving faces of men, women, and children looking at them. Seeing their missing appendages, battle scars, and bruises…Tiger roared in anger as he hit the concrete wall with his bare hands.

“Calm down, we need to get them medical attention as soon as possible.”, I told him.

Turning to yell at me, he saw the wall was cracking under the pressure of my right hand.

“I am just as angry as you, but it does these people no good. They need medical attention and a warm meal in their bellies before we start tracking the people responsible down. I give you my word they will pay dearly for this.”, I assured Tiger.

Taking a deep breath, he acknowledged that the victims came first right now. Getting on the phone for backup, I called Nezu as I would need Lunchrush and Recovery Girl here to assist us. Picking up the phone Nezu asked if something was wrong, as I was supposed to be out on patrol with the pussycats. Explaining in detail what we found, I sent pictures over to him to show him what we had uncovered so far. Hearing him gasp over the phone, Nezu said he would cancel school today and send all the staff over to assist.

“I will have the Hero Course students come as well, they need live experience like this and we will need all the help we can get.”, he remarked, “I hope they won’t have to see something this severe in the future…”

“That won’t be a problem…”, I growled, “The people responsible are going to pay dearly for this. No one will ever think about harming people like this again.”

—3rd Person POV—

As calls were going out for assistance, the Huntsman Family received word from several of their contacts that the facility under their home had been located. Slamming his fist on their table, the husband Ivan was enraged that their carefully laid trap had failed. They knew that the facility would be found in their absence so they rigged the place to blow up when the first person stepped out of the elevator shaft.

“How the hell did they get in there without it blowing up!?”, Ivan roared in anger, “There is a lot of documents and files we left behind because we didn’t have space for it all. Not only that all those specimens we caught are going to spill the beans on what we have been doing!”

“Sylvester, I thought you made sure the place would explode!”, his wife Miranda shouted at their butler.

“I did as you requested, do we know who the first person was down there?”, Sylvester inquired.

Reviewing the information he had received, Ivan crushed his wine glass in anger.

“Kessler…”, he growled, “He must have turned himself into electricity and overloaded the bases systems. That damn man has been causing us too many problems lately, first, we have to flee our luxury home and now he is going to be hunting us down!”

“Sir, if I may, there are many documents pertaining to your business transactions with many villains from around the globe. Once those come to light, a lot of our backers will be either thrown in jail or killed by Kessler. Given his response to that little girl’s suffering…it isn’t hard to imagine what he will do when he-”, Sylvester started to say before Miranda cut him off.

“Enough of this, all we have to do is destroy the evidence right?”, she remarked, “You forget we have someone in Japan with a monster in his back pocket. We have been doing him a lot of favors recently so he can have his mutt take care of this mess.”

Agreeing with her, Ivan called All For One immediately. Answering on the first ring, All For One asked why they were calling him.

“That bastard Kessler found a cache of documents we had to leave behind in Japan. We need you to send your dog to destroy the evidence.”, Ivan demanded.

“I don’t remember ever becoming your lackey.”, All For One replied in an annoyed tone, “Gigantomachia is my trump card, I won’t send him in to clean up your mess.”

“We have been doing you plenty of favors for free recently, do this and we are even. Besides which, if we go down you will lose all of the media influence we have been giving you. Not only that, your moles in the Police and Hero Association will disappear as their information is among those files as well.”

On the other side of the phone, All For One was furious that they were trying to strong-arm him into helping them. Gigantomachia was an asset that he had reserved for emergency situations, but now it seemed he had no choice in the matter. In order for his future plans to work, he needed his allies in the media and the government to stay in place for a while longer. If Kessler reviewed those files, he was almost certainly going to ruin his carefully laid plans.

“I will see what I can do.”, All For One responded before hanging up the phone and dialing the phone Gigantomachia wore around his neck, ‘If Kessler is still there when he arrives…I may end up losing the greatest asset I currently have.’

—An Hour Later, Cole POV—

As I was carrying several survivors out of the home, I saw Nezu and more backup arrive. Giving the students some guidance, the teachers broke them up into teams and started assisting where needed. Heading over to me, All Might wanted to check in to see where he was needed.

“Young Kessler, how can we help?”, All Might inquired.

“Take Izuku and Ochaco down with you into the facility. There is a lot of evidence and people still down there that need to be brought up here. Ochaco’s Zero Gravity Quirk will help speed things up greatly and Izuku’s strength can help the Wild, Wild Pussycats clear out collapsed parts of the facility.”, I said as I motioned to Recovery Girl where to set up shop, “Take this radio, and let me know if you have any issues.”

Heading out to help, I turned my attention over to Lunchrush who was also setting up his equipment. Routing some of the students to aid him, I asked them to serve food to the victims as it became available. Getting bowls and spoons cleaned up, the students diligently did as they were asked.

“Where can we help?”, Shoto asked me having been told to come to find me with Bakugo.

“Your dad is coordinating his people to lock down the area. Given the treasure trove of evidence we have here, villains are going to show up wanting to destroy it. Work with him to help secure the area, both of you are better suited for fighting than helping heal people at the moment.”, I remarked.

Nodding his head, Shoto left with Bakugo to help his father. I knew that asking him to work with his dad was rough, but I didn’t have many good options. Though there were a lot of Heroes that came to help, only a small portion of them would actually stick around if things got rough here. Endeavor was one of the main ones that I knew would stick around so he was the best option.

Focusing my attention on the twins I brought up, both of them looked around in terror at everyone around them. They probably hadn’t seen the light of day in a long time so this was a lot to take in. Setting them down in the grass, both immediately reached out trying to grab me with their nonexistent hands. Thinking I was going to leave them there, they started crying loudly.

Picking them back up, they burrowed their faces into my chest trying to hide. Both of them had the appearance of a Dragonewt which wasn’t abnormal in my eyes, and they likely picked up on that. Seeing me as someone that wanted to protect them, they didn’t want to go anywhere I wasn’t with them.

“Does anyone know where their parents are?”, I asked the survivors.

“Dead…they were killed a year ago.”, one of the men the heavily injured men said, “Are you disgusted to hold them? I am sure your skin is crawling just being touched by them.”

“I don’t judge a book by its cover, just because you look bad doesn’t mean you are bad.”, I replied, “As far as I am concerned, these are just two children that need help.”

“Ha…you’d be the first fucking Hero I have met to think that way. Most of the time Heroes don’t have a problem beating us up because we look like we are going to commit a crime or look the other way when we are the victims of a crime. I guarantee this will get swept under the rug in a few weeks just you wait.”, he chuckled with a pessimistic tone.

“It won’t get swept under the rug, I will drag the people responsible out into the light dead or alive.”, I assured him, “I can’t give you back the time you have lost to these pieces of shit, but I can give you the peace of knowing it won’t happen again.”

Pulling one of my cards out of my pocket, I tossed it to him.

“Someone has to start giving a damn about people with Mutant Quirks, and I intend to be the first of many.”, I told him with a serious expression, “I give you my word that I won’t turn my back on you.”

Taking a seat next to him, I sat the four year old children on my knee to check them out. Other than their missing hands the two of them were beaten pretty badly, likely from them having night terrors. I had gotten the impression from the group that being quiet was a rule down there that was punished harshly if it wasn’t followed.

Touching their foreheads, I used my powers to regrow their hands and heal their injuries completely. Watching the process happen in the span of a few moments, the man shouted out in disbelief.

“You can regenerate body parts and heal people!?”, he shouted in disbelief.

Snapping to attention, the medical staff and the police turned to see what was going on. Seeing two perfectly healthy children on my knees, the medics ran over to check them out. Doing a thorough medical evaluation, Recovery Girl looked at Nezu in shock.

“I don’t see any injuries on these two…”, she told him.

Walking over to see for himself, Nezu was stunned to see them in perfect health. Having seen them when I carried them out, he couldn’t believe I had done that in a matter of moments. Placing my hand on the man’s shoulders, they watched him regenerate completely as well.

“What in the hell!?”, he shouted looking at his fox tails, “You…you brought my tails back!! I…I…THANK YOU!!”

Giving me a hug, he thanked me repeatedly for healing him. His tails were something his wife and children loved dearly about him.

“They are the only thing I have left of my family…our entire village was set ablaze in the Alps. Several of us were captured by those monsters, and our families were thrown off a cliff into the rocks a few thousand feet below.”, he stated.

“What is he saying Cole?”, Nezu asked reminding me that Nezu wasn’t understanding what he was saying.

‘Shit I forget I can translate any language on the fly…’, I thought, “He is saying…”
