CHAPTER 66: THE DEMON IS BACK!

ORIGINAL Author: Chaos

SPINOFF Author: Vester

Five minutes before the cataclysmic eruption of the Evil Essence Orb, a vast troop of over fifteen thousand Magic Wolves surged forth, their leader three colossal Ruler Level Wolves leading the charge.

Among them, one stood as a Small Ruler, while the other two were of Inferior Ruler Level, their towering forms a stark contrast against the landscape.

Alongside them, ten Dark-Wing Wolves added to their formidable force.

AWOOO!!!

AWOOO!!!

With a resounding howl, they thundered across the rugged terrain, their bodies pulsing with the malevolent energy of the Evil Spring.

Their eyes glowed a fiery red, their veins throbbing with the unnatural power coursing through them.

GRR!!!

As they neared the Northern Military Post of Bo City, their advance was abruptly halted by a vicious eruption of a crimson aura that engulfed the surroundings.

The sky itself seemed to tremble under the weight of this ominous presence, causing even the most ferocious of beasts to cower in fear, their agitated state momentarily subdued by the sheer dread of the aura’s magnitude.

In a corner of the ravaged city, two figures stood side by side, their faces contorted in expressions of horror and disbelief. One was draped in a Dark Purple robe, the other in a Bright Green robe.

As they gazed up at the crimson sky, their mouths hung open in shock, and cold sweat trickled down their backs. The man in the Dark Purple robe spoke first, his voice trembling with fear. "Great Bishop... What... what is that?"

The Great Bishop, clad in the Bright Green robe, could only shake his head in response. "I... I don't know. This... this is beyond anything I've ever seen."

"Look! The sky is... it's cracking," the man in the Dark Purple robe stammered, pointing at the fissures forming in the sky. "They're trying to escape! You... you trapped them in the pocket dimension, didn't you? What kind of half assed job did you do, damn it!?"

The Great Bishop's expression hardened, his tone defensive. "Do you think it was easy to contain them all by myself? I bought us some time, at least."

The man in the Dark Purple robe scoffed, his fear giving way to anger. "Well, it wasn't enough! And this new force... it's too much for us to handle. We need to leave, now."

"What about them?" the Great Bishop asked, gesturing towards the sky where the ominous figures clashed.

"They're on a different level altogether as well. Let them destroy each other. Our only chance is to retreat," the man in the Dark Purple robe replied, his voice tinged with resignation.

As they turned to leave, the Great Bishop murmured, "Our Lord will not be pleased with our failure."

The man in the Dark Purple robe paused, looking back at the chaos unfolding in the sky. "Our control ended the moment the Chairman of the Enforcement Union arrived. We've caused enough chaos. If we stay, we'll only meet our demise."

With a heavy heart, the Great Bishop nodded. "I'll gather the Blue Deacons. It's time to retreat."

Humm~

The crimson glow, once looming over the city like a sinister omen, began to retract at an astonishing speed.

It receded, revealing the deep blue night sky that had been obscured by its malevolent presence.

But instead of dissipating into nothingness, the crimson aura gathered and condensed above Mo Fan, swirling around him with an otherworldly intensity.

It started condensing into a towering mountain of energy above his head. But it didn't stop there; more ethereal mountains materialized, each one pulsating with the destructive power of the Sacred Evil God.

Eight of these imposing crimson mountains now loomed above Mo Fan, their energy crackling and intense.

Mo Fan's body, once shrouded in the ominous crimson radiance, now emitted a brilliant blood-red Light.

A primal energy surged within him, awakening the dormant blood that had lain cold for years. With each passing moment, his blood boiled with a familiar sensation, stirring restlessly within him.

His hair cascaded down to his feet, transformed into a pristine shade of pure white. Muscles rippled across his body, tearing through his clothing as his form expanded.

A radiant yellow rune, pulsating with immense power, extended over his entire body, gradually encroaching upon his face.

From his forehead sprouted two ominous horns, their purple-black hue contrasting starkly against the crimson glow that surrounded him. His nails extended into sharp claws.

Rising from his kneeling position, Mo Fan opened his eyes, revealing pupils as dark as the abyss.

A colossal shadow of a white wolf stretched out above him, its size dwarfing even the towering cliffs of Bo City's south side. The sheer magnitude of the shadow rendered everything in its vicinity minuscule in comparison, highlighting the immense power now at Mo Fan's command.

Despite his awe-inspiring transformation, Mo Fan remained cradling his father’s withered arm. Tears continued to stream down his face, but as they fell, they were instantly evaporated by the intense aura surrounding him.

“…Pacify…” With a soft utterance.

A magnificent Pink Star Palace materialized beneath his feet with a breath.

The palace, adorned with 2401 stars radiating pure power, enveloped Mo Fan in a soothing glow, calming his mind and heart from the profound grief and sorrow he had experienced.

As the glow of the spell gradually faded, the brilliance surrounding Mo Fan began to dim, revealing his figure once more. Yet, despite the waning light, an aura of tranquillity and confidence emanated from him, casting a serene glow upon his features.

With each passing moment, Mo Fan's demeanour seemed to grow even more composed and collected, as if the remnants of sorrow and grief had been washed away by the spell's soothing embrace.

Demon Mo Fan gazed up at the Eight Crimson Mountains looming above him, pulsating with overwhelming energy. Despite his outward calm, a storm of conflicting emotions raged within him.

With a flicker of fire, he burned his father’s hand to ashes, the remnants swirling into his palm once more. He tore off his shirt and carefully wrapped the black ashes, a silent tribute to the man who had raised him.

As he tucked the ashes into his space pocket, a single tear escaped his eye, tracing a path down his face. Though his emotions remained masked by a façade of composure.

Sigh…

The Demon Mo Fan exhaled loudly.

“I can’t believe my power was still contained inside the it.” Demon Mo Fan said while glancing at the Evil Essence Orb.

“Hmm?” he noticed a flicker of blood red light leaving his body!

“What??” this had never happened before when he transformed into a demon.

He quickly jumped inside his Spiritual world to check what had happened!

He notices his entire spiritual world had turned blood red, now housing 19 Star Universes of all 19 Elements glowing brilliantly inside it! A sense of nostalgia washed over him.

He didn’t think his other elements would return with the demon element too. But he noticed a small part of his spiritual world had turned black again!

His eyes widened in shock! “My Demon Element… is dissipating?!!” Mo Fan said in utter shock!

His Demon Element’s power was slowly leaving him! It was withering!

He exited his spiritual world and gazed at the eight glowing Mountains above him, but there was no change to them!

He noticed another flicker of Blood Red light leaving his body! He immediately looked above his head at the soul mountains but there was still no change to them.

“I see.. It seems Only the power of Demon Element is fading, the Sacred Evil God’s power seems fine.” He concluded.

MO FAN’S CURRENT PROGRESS.

 CANNOT BE MEASURED
