Infiltrating the newly built metal city was not that hard as it seemed especially since Rudeus had a teleporting monke... uhm, mutant with him.

However the real surprise was waiting for them inside the city where the a small army of mutants had gathered to fight them. It seems that Magneto in this reality had already called in the brotherhood from Genosha to help Apocalypse.

And yes, it seems Magneto had already captured the kingdom of Genosha in this reality & was its curent king now.

Of course Selene was the one who informed this to Rudeus.

'This is becoming more & more difficult. Even if I handle Apocalypse somehow, defeating all the other mutants here will still be difficult for me alone. Its a good thing that I didn't tell Selene to wait for the right time or something.' Rudeus thought to himself.

He saw four mutants who looked stronger & badder than the rest with a more menancing aura around them & he knew that they were supposed to be the four horsemen.

He recognized them because of their iconic unique looks similar to the comics & the movies.

It seems that much like the movie,  Psylocke, Magneto & Angel were three of the horsemen. However since Storm was leading the Xmen in this world already, the fourth horseman this time was none other than Gambit wearing his weird cowl.

'Shit, I don't even remember his full name, but as much as I remember, he is supposed to be an almost omega level mutant in the comics.' thought Rudeus. 'I'll probably have to take this fight seriously if I want to win against all of them them without any casualty.'

Rudeus looked at the X-men & his own followers and thought that he had a good lineup too if he didn't consider Scott of course. He really wished he could trade him for his omega level brother, Vulcan.

'But again, if life gives you lemons...'

"Can you guys keep them busy while I go & rescue the professor?" he asked the team.

Truthfully he had no interest in rescuing the professor himself but if he didn't do that then Apocalypse might take take over Xavier's body thus also gaining his omega level mind powers which when combined with his celestial armor & other existing powers, might make it really difficult for Rudeus to defeat him later.

"Yeah we can handle these weaklings." Scott arrogantly declared.

Rudeus really hoped that somebody would break some of Scott's bones in this fight. He might even thank that person if that happened.

"Kurt, teleport me to the inside of that ship. The professor & Apocalypse are probably inside there." I said.

Kurt of course smitten with the effect of Rudeus' golden rule obeyed his order without wasting any time.

As he held his hand, Rudeus felt himself warping through space. It was a very weird feeling which lasted for less than a second at the end of which he found himself standing with Kurt inside a metallic structure which was probably the pyramiid.

'I wish I had a teleporting skill or item' He sadly thought to himself. He was so poor. The universe really was unfair to him.

Anyways, he didn't want to think about his depressing poor fortune. He was more interested in this celestial technology. If he could somehow take over the control of this ship, he would be able to have a flying highly technological 'cool' base all to himself, no less powerful that the 'Domo' of the eternals.

'But the question is how can I stea..., no, borrow it? I need someone or something capable of hacking celestial level technology which is gonna be really hard to find. And I don't wanna use the sunstone for this. I have bigger plans for that.' He thought to himself.

By now, Rudeus could sense the life signs of Apocalypse & Professor X nearby. He told Kurt to follow him & they quickly reached a big room where he saw the professor & Apocalypse lying on two parallel nearby beds preparing for the body transfer ritual.

Rudeus knew he had arrived on time, probably even earlier than he was supposed to since Apocalypse had still not actually started the ritual unlike in the movie.

"Kurt, quickly teleport the professor out of here" he told his little teleporting lackey.

Kurt immediately followed the order & teleported beside the professor, grabbed him & teleported the hell out of the ship.

Apocalypse who was trying to concentrate to start the ritual, immediately opened his eyes & saw the professor's absence.

He then calmly looked towards Rudeus standing there silently looking at him.

"You know I was trying to do this without shedding any mutant blood but now, now I am going to kill you & all the others that came here with you" Nur calmly declared to Rudeus. But somewhere within that calmness was the hateful rage of a tyrant.

"Oh, interesting proposal. I was actually thinking of saying the same thing to you. I was gonna offer you a position as my subordinate, a subordinate of an actual god, me... But I have a feeling you are not gonna accept that." Rudeus said to him with the same calmness.

"Apocalypse serves no one but himself" Apocalypse replied.

"That's a pity. I was even thinking of making an special branch of subordinates consisting of special externals like you under me. But alas, Selene was right, you are nothing more than a tyrant, a rather short sighted wannabe god." Rudeus was now making fun of Sabah Nur just to see his reaction.

He loved to rile up serious dudes like Apocalypse just for the sake of having some fun.

But Apocalypse by now was seriously surprised. He didn't expect Selene who was also a prideful & powerful external like him to work for someone else. He knew at that moment that underestimating the man infront of him would be a mistake.

He readied himself for a bloody fight.

"I don't know how you persuaded Selene Gallio to work for you but if you have, you should be strong enough to not die at the very start of our fight. I hope that you can entertain me enough in this battle" Apocalypse mocked him while still maintaining his calm facade.

Rudeus now too got ready for the serious fight infront of him.

His aim was not only to win this fight against Apocalypse, but to actually win it without making it seem too difficult.

He didn't wanna get beat up infront of his present & future followers in his very first fight despite him being an actual god.

That would be very bad for his pr.

But before he could start the battle he suddenly heard the sound he was dying to hear for the last two years.

So how did you like the chapter?

Yes, mc's first fight is coming on the next chapter. Let's all hope he wins it without getting his ass kicked infront of his followers because that would be pathetic. But as you all know he is MY (sigma/alpha) mc, so...😉😉
