Yep, a new novel. I called it Deadmeat Saga... Since all my previous novels are dead meat anyway.
Well, leaving aside the self-mutilating joke, here is the first chappy... For anyone interested.
Essentially, this new world doesn't have levels, although it does have dungeons and 'Skills'. So, yes, no more exp, and I won't keep much track of it, either.
You won't see any 'training arc' either, and you will dive straight into the action.

I'm a bit conflicted about starting the next story. On the one hand you seem like you've got the raw talent to be a good writer, but on the other I worry this is going to be dropped just like the last two.
Think I'll check it out once it has at least 100 chapters. You know, just in case.

Eh... I realized it was a broken mess at chapter 23... ranted and rage quit. Why does this not surprise me?
Author has good writing from a technical point... but consistently fails to finish anything. Which really sucks.
Haha after reading and enjoying the last two I decided to wait until this was dropped didn't even read it I'll wait until the next one has about 60 chapters before I dive in

Why do you not remove the stuff of the system that is a problem or give them levels as you wish?
I honestly think that exp systems in stories never add much compared to the amount of work they take to actually implement correctly.
Also I think that stories shouldn't really tackle slavery if they are not going to say anything about it other than it sucks but the main characters don't care much beyond that. It's really hard to relate to characters that are uncritical about slavery and aren't doing anything about trying to help people who are enslaved especially when they have the power to do so.
To the first point yeah exp systems that make sense dont exist most people just use a bar and tell if the mc is close to lv up or thew just show the lv.
Slavery is hard to deal in medieval storys if its a isekai yeah you can say the mc can see it as wrong but if its about someone born in that world thew see it as normal, we ourselves just see it as wrong because our society as demed it wrong.
Now i know some people love the scene of save the slave but if you save one and dont bait the eyes to the others while saying is in a good cause yeah you are bad.
And NO society is not going to change in a time of 6 months just because someone started saving slaves, in our world it took hundred of years so dont show like its easy
@Nemeia00 Hakai no Miko aka Divine Son of Destruction has the MC start a slave uprising. After that he is painted as history’s-greatest-monster by the nations with slavery for thousands of years after MC dies (spoiler: no one lives forever)
