William is an engineer now in his mid-fifties and works for a regional Appliance Manufacturing company and has been there for 25 years. William was 5'8" with slowly balding brown hair before his transformation and is now an even 6' in height with a full head of long red hair.

Not very outgoing William had resisted retirement, content to work as long as the company would let him. 

Like many of his coworkers he was sent on a mandatory paid vacation to a spa owned by the company that recently purchased his company.

The twin brother of James Jessie and the older by twenty-eight minutes of the two. Frank is the more serious of the two and was and is an avid swimmer. 

Their family has a bad habit of naming twin brothers Frank and Jessie as a bit of a joke and Frank is the most common male name in the Jessie family as well. 

Before their transformations both brothers were 5'10" and are much shorter now with James being 5'2" from head to fins and his brother now 5'4".

James Jessie was the younger twin brother of James Jessie before his transformation and like his brother was 5'10". James ran track all-throughout school even into college where he studied business management while his brother majored in accounting. 

James has had a long fascination with snakes and has kept several as pets over the years using several of them to scare his sister and a few of his cousins growing up.

After graduating both went to work for the same company a regional appliance Manufactuing company, following a recent change in ownership much of the senior staff was sent on a mandatory vacation to a spa chain that was also owner by the same company.

The reclusive and mysterious owner of Aramondo Hotel and Spa, Renee seems to have many plans and a remarkable access to resources to achieve their goals. 

The most debated thing about Renee is their gender as sometimes they appear as an average male with short blond hair and sometimes as a striking woman with long brown hair.  The current peculation is that they are a pair of fraternal twins both going by Renee in public. The far stranger truth is they are one and the same with Renee having been given the ability to transform themselves between the two appearances by the Aranon at their request.

Renee's parents owned the Hotel they now run and have built up their growing empire from. Apparently, an anime fan, Renee owns several anime/manga stores, a small chain of restaurants and a few other businesses that seemingly have little connection to each other.

Verona and Jacenia are a pair of sisters and the last survivor of the Aranon people of Garnon a world long since destroyed. The two sisters were saved by the God Cernunnos as a gift to his sister Gaia. 

Sensing the importance of events on the young planet Earth Gaia sends them there to lead the reborn Aranon race she seeds the young world with.

Verona is a passionate priestess of Gaia and her sister Jacenia a skilled and determined warrior together they have led their recreated people for tens of thousands of years. In the present they have allied themselves with the Hotelier Renee Durand to help them rebuild their population and build a secure empire to fund their efforts.

Michael is the head of Staff at the Aramondo Hotel and Spa. A competent and calm manager Michael is well aware of the true nature of the spa and why this particular group of guests are here and what to expect during their stay. Even Michael is caught off guard at how extreme the transformations are.

Brian is head of Activities at The Aramondo Hotel and Spa. A retired American Football player Brian towers over most of the staff at 6'5 and works out regularly. 

In charge of all the physical activities at the Hotel and Spa Brian coaches all of the fitness programs offered and helps in the Gym as well as acting as a lifeguard at the pool on weekends. 

Brian comes across as very confident and is good at making friends and gets along well with most of the staff. He is not fully onboard with the plans for this event and is a little overwhelmed and distracted.

Jeremy is Renee's driver and occasional bodyguard a friend from college that had to drop out when he could not keep his grades up after having a breakdown his sophomore year. Ster his recovery and struggles with finding a decent job Jeremy reached out his friend Renee and has worked for him for the last ten years in various roles.

In her mid-forties Carol has worked for Richards Appliances for twenty years now working her way up the ladder to Chief Financial officer. Now divorced she has thrown herself into her work ever since.  Now that her company has been purchased she is not sure what her position will be once the corporate restructuring is finished and is glad for the vacation. 

A number of her coworkers are also on this trip including her personal secretary. 

Lisa is the personnel secretary for Carol Chambers and has worked for her for almost ten years now and is on mandatory paid vacation just like her boss. Lisa is dedicated to her boss and has a crush on her. A very submissive person Lisa finds her transformation into a harpy for lack of a better name and Carols transformation into a Lamia has caused her to confess her feelings and start calling her boss Mistress.

The Primordials are the oldest of all Deities they are not the gods worshipped on various worlds they are the template those gods are woven from. Existing through multiples cycles of the Universe dying and being reborn the Primordials technically serve Order, but they are forbidden to take part in the Finale battle between Chaos and Order that shapes the next cycle. The Primodials are charged with shaping life as it arises on each new world setting it on a path towards order. Their second and more important task is to ensure an eternal balance between Order and Chaos to protect the eternal cycle.

The known Primordials are:

Gaia: Life, nature and growth

Cernunnos: the God of Death, guiding spirits on their Journey and ensuring the cycle of life and death continues.

Khronos: Time and it's passage Khronos is tasked with maintaining the flow of time and preventing other beings from manipulating its proper passage.

Isis: Knowledge, wisdom and medicine. Her shards ensure teaching and intellectual growth on each new world.

War: The personification of war itself he exist only for battle and rarely interacts with his fellow Primordials.

The Aranon are an ancient race from the long dead world of Garun that Gaia was very fond of. A serpentine race having either the form of a humanoid snake or a human upper body and a serpentine lower body the Aranon have so far been a unique race in the Universe. 

Gaia has recreated them numerous times on new worlds charging them with guarding the nascent races of each new world she places them on.

The Aramondo Hotel and Spa is the setting for our little adventure and is a small chain of Hotel spas based in California. 

The owner of the Hotel chain has been quietly buying up a diverse and seemingly chaotic selection of small companies slowly expanding his reach for a as yet unrevealed reason. Very few people have met Renee since they took over the Hotel.

 Growing from a family run Hotel with a nearby hot springs into a small chain with a half dozen Hotels with attached hot springs and spas. 

A long dead world consumed by its star was home to several intelligent races the most prominent of these were the snake like Aranon resembling the mythical Lamina a race of scholars and artisans. 

Merthyck: a race of merfolk they were travelers and traders traveling the rivers and oceans of Garun. The had all but vanished from Garun long before it's death and were believed extinct.

Grythack: a race of Harpy like Humanoid living in small tribes called flytes in the Northern mountains. Feeding on fruits, berries and small animals they were skilled ambush predators.

Agrathine: a nomadic race resembling Orcs with pale orange to dark yellow skin tones averaging seven feet in height they were quote muscular and strong. Living in temperate forests and enjoying wrestling and strong drink, they were skilled archers and hunters.

Seducers: a near mythical race they appeared in various cities across the Aranon empire negotiating with scholars, priests and mages offering lost lore and knowledge in exchange for sex. seeming to feed on emotions and sexual release they were nearly relentless in their desires and were never satiated for long.
