Leray Series: 16-17/19

The world is in a state of gradual panic. The heroes of Leray magic are more depressed than ever. The world they once knew has been changed, altered into a horrible mess triggered by the very same magic they defend and praised.

A world of magic can be wonderful when it is a choice, or hell when it is forced. Due to the effects of the burst, magical powers have been unleashed onto the entire planet of Earth. Many countries now have access to Leray magic just as Sprawn Valley does, but only Sprawn Valley has an established protective veil to prevent these spells from causing fatal harm. With this new Pandora's Box opened, public opinion of Leray magic could not possibly be any lower.

The Scarlet Syndicate might be out of the way, but Danton has his hands full dealing with the aftermath of the burst and all the foreign affairs it has weighed him with. Danny and Taylor are of no help to him either, since they have to deal with their own problem, Jane Venn.

Uncertain if Jane has truly turned her dark heart on magic, or if the body is an elegant imposter, her friends attempt to track her down and subdue Jane before she can cause any more harm. The Jane they once knew is either gone or missing. In a world now infected by magic, the danger couldn't be higher trying to fight her.
