New Amsterdam, a fine coastal city boasting of its debauchery. A territory unto itself. Free from external control for over 30 years. It has a bit of everything, sex, drugs, underground fight clubs, but no rock and roll. Not since the Bard of Horror incident.

Enter stage left, a Magician, a Queen, and a Knight appear. Taking the reins of power just under a decade ago. Now part of the Council Ruling New Amsterdam, the Queen takes charge, the Knight fights for glory and pleasure in the arena, and the Magician... Infuriates everyone with his pranks.

Things are starting to change with snakes from the East muddying the waters. A war might soon be at hand. After a period of relative peace, is the City ready? Is the Scarlet Coterie with its Queen, Knight, and Magician ready? Or will the city fall like others before it?

(P.S. Queer Magician as in odd/strange. No real planned sexual content but there should be lewd jokes and such, so adding that tag as a safety.)
