It's alright. Sometimes gets a bit boring. Only so much you can read about runes. I hope the experience changes the mc's mentality. I also hope he won't stay there trapped forever. Can't do much with 1 living guy and some dead/sleeping dragon.
Was a very good read up until chapter 83 and up. I will probably rase my rating up to a 4 when there's enough chapters to skip the entire Audrey part. The long going explanations of the Sil'piceus lives aside, this truly is a webnovel worth trying.
Great novel, I hope the author completes it because it has already entered my hall of fame.
The main points are:-I like the concepts used: cultivation in isolation/alone, perseverance of MC, a bit of mental breakdown and psychological development and others-The reasoning is realistic (one of the most important reason I like this point is: in the rare instance I wonder why the MC didn't make that logical conclusion he does a bit later

) -Great writing quality-Not that much world building (at least, external world, he is in an isolated place, what did you expect)
This story has very good grammar in my humble opinion (but I'm not native English speaker). Author made a very good job creating world surrounding main character, and even more amazing was character development. I personally think that evolution of Avery's personality is one of the cornerstones of this story.
This novel is not about number-crunching in pursuit of power with help of almighty system. It's about pursuit of attaining freedom and ability to be on par with "Tao" or evolution of universe, at least what's how I see it from my perspective.
Nevertheless, I find this story fascinating and will be waiting for continuation of story.
This is one of the only stories actually deserving of a 5 star rating so far. Very cool and original.
The MC is an insert from our world who gets teleported to a wasteland where he is basically forced to make up his own way of cultivation without actually cultivating.
