Very good character writing, I'm convinced I've met the MC IRL a few times.  It's a slow pace at the start but the world building has me really hopeful that this story will keep me curious and engaged throughout.

I've felt the instinct to go full unga-bunga tank, this story scratches a very particular itch and does it with a surprising amount of skill for such a niche setting.

Teasing that the class/race system is complex, deep, and unexplored has me interested. I just hope it doesn't become a vehicle for moving the plot with deus-ex-machina type interventions, like what many LITRPGs are plauged by.

A pretty good story, with a unique MC, believable characters, and just overall everything you want out of a story about getting hard. The story is a bit on the slow side, but I'd say it adds to the story. When the MC gets gear there's this feeling he isn't going to instantly swap it out for another piece a few chapters later.

There's one pretty big issue though, and that's the author aims for a specific word count and pads the ever living hell out of each chapter to reach it. Out of the 335, 399 words, I'd say at the very least 70, 000 of them are spent copy and pasting the same crap about the gear and skills he JUST picked up not even 10 chapters ago. It's rare to go more than a dozen chapters without being told the specifics, including a paragraph of flavor text, of the skill he picked up before chapter 10 and has been using constantly ever since. I don't like things that actively attempt to waste my time, thus a 3/5.
