An isekai gender bend, yes, one that has the MC accept his, or should I say, her new role easily. The Orc behaves like an orc should. Not some teddy bear cuddler, he is rough and is not afraid to snap at people. Kudos for sticking to the main troupes.
So far, not much has been reveled and the little that has been won't be of much point later on, I fear. For Takeshi has accepted being Saori and doesn't even think much about his past life. I guess this story falls in the pitfall of many isekais which ignore that the MC is from another world after the first two chapters.
So, one can ignore the isekai, and think of this as a classic fantasy story that sees an elf girl and an orc on a journey. The Orc is discriminated against, attacked, at times. Not what Saori expected of her new life at all. Yet, this story has all the prerequisites of a great and lighthearted friendship story.
The grammar is good and so is the style. There is plenty of showing and plenty of talking between the characters. The world building is done through conversations, not through info dumps. Check it out.
