All the events take place a few days after the end of season 2. I wont include any canon events after that. So its spoilerfree for animeonly.

One rare story that have writing that fits the world of Tensei Slime. It really does bring the same feeling when you read Tensei slime.
Easy to read, explorative, lighthearted, and definitely follow Canon with bits of background character with tragedy and sad background to them.
Characters also portrayed as they were on Canon, so there's no feeling inconsistency or forced plot or actions if Canon and this story were to be compared.
But anyway, I'm not that good with English grammar, punctuation, composition, and vocabulary. So I can't judge properly about how good is the grammars compared to proper English, but I read Tensei slime LN these days and they didn't have that many difference in atmosphere when reading.
That's my review. Definitely my first because I'm impressed how it manage to retain the atmosphere of Tensei slime.

When I first started reading this, I was skeptical that it would be anything good. Most of the novels that I have read that include isekai into the Tensura novel tend to be awful. This one is one of the rare gems that isn't. It may feel a little fast paced, because honestly it is. For instance, the first 20 chapters in my opinion could have been spread out over more than 60 chapters. But thats due to the large amount of timeskips that occur. Overall, I feel like this novel, with more fleshing out could potentially even become something that would be adapted to anime. It of course has the basis of the original Slime novel to back it up, with the interesting and unique world that is Tensura. But then it has its own charm, the new and frankly cute addition of Nemu. I'll continue reading and see where this goes, but hopefully it does not get dropped or something of that nature. I'll be updating this review once (if) the novel hits around 50 chapters in length as that'll be a good point to talk about the novel some more.
