Up till this chapter besides the one where there was a little of a miss in the chapter with the sisters. However the story is engaging and drags the attention of the reader, it makes you intrigued by the happenings and want you to know more, and it does it moderately which is very skilled in my opinion.

The thinking process and reaction of the main character is very clear and rational, being suddenly thrown into the past where he will die if he doesn't do anything is very realistic when concerning his situation.

The side characters are developing nicely so far, but it's still unknown whether this will continue and we will see in the future as they are and will be very important in this novel.

The thing that will be very important next will be concerning his future partner's character, and how he will deal with her. This could either ruin the story or make it more enjoyable.

Although this is apparently (I think) the first time the author is writing a novel he is very skilful in his approach to writing it as if he wrote a lot of such stories before.

In the end I recommend reading this novel if you like it when a story focuses on its characters thought and feeling and interactions, at least that's what its focusing till now, and I hope it will continue to develop in this direction.
