I really tried to read this, it was a novel concept and interesting. But the MC is just too preachy. And most of the early chapters can best be described as Monster Academy. There is a lot of character growth, but it is a really slow burn. The last couple chapters was basically the author venting about societal constructs. He did it in such a way that really fit with the story, but its just not my thing. If you are into slow burn, monster girls, reading lectures, philosophical preachy mcs, detailed power systems, kingdom building, and an overpowered protag who has to earn his power, then you will love this story.
