Celia, who had been a puppet playing to the tune of the government, had spent her life fighting creatures called "Visitors", who had been invading earth for centuries, for as long as she could remember. Together with Pan, her partner in crime and a Visitor of Special Grade himself, all she wanted was to survive.
Yet, after dying unexpectedly of a heart attack one day, she woke up and found herself as an inconsequential short lived villainess from "The Saintess' Unbreakable Shield" - a novel she had read before. Rowena Dynari van Varnhagen, the daughter of the only Grand Duke of the Arlen Empire.
Said villainess, equipped with a few minor... personality quirks, offended the female lead at the beginning, and was promptly cut right out of the story.
But this won't happen to her! Determined not to let people trample on, and use her again, Celia - no, Rowena - decides to fight for a future worth having.

The Crazy Daughter of the Duke's Family
I have to admit I`m new to writing reviws but in my opnion this story is well worth it.
Here the author actully plays with clichés and uses commen sense for it, which I very much love! It is fun to read, the puns are top notch and emotions are well captured. The information we get is never overwhelming nor out of place.
The law and setting of this world or better univers are very interesting and leaves lots to speculate about making it captevating and interesting. The characters are very well developed acting reasonobal to there surroundings and experience, knowledge. You can find likeable aswell as unlikeable personalities.
I'm a big fan of this trope and read already more then 300 storys with these genre, some of which I had to drop because I was bombarded with information or the law contradicted itself or it was too predictable. Flaws I don't want overlook with that may options around.
This story tho has non of these flaws and I for sure will keep on reading!
In addition, the author responds to comments and acknowledges them, taking them in constidaration always striving for better content.

The Crazy Daughter of the Duke’s Family
An interesting story, gives me the feel that I am reading about a princess. Rowena is cold and calculating, and she has the feeling as if she is the villain of the story.
The world building is top notch, and you can see that there is a lot more about Rowena's former life, that needs to be unraveled. The author is delivering us the information in small bite-sized installments, and doesn't do an exposition dump. Which is good because those are the death of every story. (Looking at you, Avatar Life Action!)
I have the feeling that the story is getting a bit on the reels now, which is the reason I will put it down. Everything is going too smoothly for Rowena. And, yeah, some people will argue that this is only because she is smart and resourceful, which she really is, no arguments there, but I feel as if I already know the ending.
Maybe I have read one too many such stories, but once I am no longer surprised, I just can't read ahead. I gave this story a chance, enjoyed it while the element of surprise was there. But now I no longer can.
The grammar and style are well done, kudos to the author!
