The oldest race of the world, similar to dark elves in appearance, but with much greater magical powers. All Ancients have dark skin, white hairs and white marks on their hands, legs and chest. The shape of marks is different by individual. Their eyes are mostly blue, but can have different colors based on the location they live in (light blue near sea, green in jungles, gray or black in mountainous regions…). Those who can see in a different spectrum of light than humans, tend to notice that the marks and eyes are much more saturated. Ancients tend to grow quickly in magical ability, but slower in physical abilities than other races and it is rare to find muscular Ancients. Though, even with weaker body build then most races, their magical abilities are the greatest of all Magicfolk.

While their fertility is low due to an abundance of magical power inside their bodies and extinction is upon them, they managed to create magic supressing items which helped them jump up their numbers and many clans within the Southern Alliance start to grow in number.
