I started a timer on my phone for 3 minutes, (later changing this to 5 minutes, then 10 minutes etc) and just wrote whatever came into my head. I realised pretty quickly that I came to love the two characters I had created.

The "story" is a completely random and ever changing series of events following two characters in a fantasy world. I try to inject comedy in my writing as much as I can, and I haven't been taking the writing seriously, due to it being churned out as quickly as possible with minimal to no editing.

This is simply an exercise in getting my creative juices going. And I don't expect anyone to actually enjoy it or find it well written. <<less

They took notice of it and decided to run from it as fast as possible, but to no avail! Ultimately, this palm slammed onto them.

"Loki! Stop messing around with my world! I have spent 2000 years assimilating Earth to be suitable for mana, and getting humans to worship me. I am not going to let those two thousand years go to waste from your mischief!"
"Woah woah, Gaia, you should relax for a moment. Of course, I'm not going to ruin the fruits of your effort. I just want these 4 earthlings."

"NO! I've seen your deeds in one of the realms; you gave a certain group of people unimaginable talent and power, made them drunk on power and caused a great multi-realm war. I cannot allow that to happen again."

"Alright alright, I will not bless them powers. I'll just freeze them for 50,000 years and see how they react from then on. I will not directly interact with them nor influence their decisions. How about that?"

"....I'll give you a drop of Origin Divine Essence."

With that, the four teenagers had their fate sealed due to the whim of two gods trading them for an Origin Divine Essence, an item that far outweighs their lives.

When they awoke, they found themselves in a totally different world, with different landscapes and animals, and most importantly, with *magic*.

The magic and power build up slowly and there are few battles. The conflict is instead in the intrigue and magical beings that vie to control the fate of the world.
