So I read Mecchen House on DeviantArt years ago, but after completely forgetting about Shioriko and Carolyn, I started wondering how long it had actually been... When I went to check, I noticed the Book 2 teaser. Do you still plan to write that, someday? - And while I'm on the topic, the Aiborae (sp? little snake girls) story?
I still intend to write it someday, yup! I just had a great idea for the opening of a second book at the time and decided to write it while everything was still fresh. I also knew that it would be too ambitious for my skill level at the time because I wanted to have multiple POVs. I will eventually be remastering and posting what I have of the snake girls story. If I write an ending, it might premiere first on Patreon.
Almost done with my commission work. Roach Girl 19 should be out early this week and Mecchen House will continue :)

To confirm, the description of Mecchen House does contain a cipher at the end. It's not an especially difficult one, although it uses a key word.
I started work on the commission and that should be done and shared with my client soon. Think, a light-hearted Little Shop of Horrors plus Stay-At-Home 2020 plus multiverse travel.

can't wait Kerina. there have been times where I forget who everybody is but hopefully that will get as I read more and see more of these characters. I like it more than animated world which is so far my least favorite story from you, then again I have not read mana burn, Roll with it or Anime girls from another world.

Oh wow, I slept through the entire day. Finishing the opening arc of Roach Girl was a big challenge. I got hit by the reveals, even as the writer of it. I still need to recover but a quick pause as I write a gardening gender bender commission from a precise plan. Mecchen House will continue and might jump to two a day, if I can balance that. All my best!
Done and done. Roach Girl 18 and Mecchen House 4-1 are scheduled and ready to release in two hours and five! Now...I sleep...

Roach Girl 18 is written and just needs to be edited. 3200 words. Gonna be out as soon as I can manage it. More Mecchen House in the afternoon again.

Roach Girl 17 is out and the Glossary for Mecchen House is updated with all characters, with images and their heights. Look for a floorplan/map of Mecchen House to be included soon.

Roach Girl Chapter 17 coming in about four hours, next Mecchen House a little after that. Roach Girl is a mega-sized episode for this series at 2500 words. Roach Girl 18 may be even longer and will kick off a brief hiatus as I write a promised commission this week.
Since Roach Girl 17 and 18 are big chapters for the story, I'm gonna work on writing them as one and split them up for release. Been a long week, so gonna focus on those over the weekend. Hoping to release 17 very soon and 18 right after.
Update 2 for 6/12 - Roach Girl 16 in four hours from this post. Mecchen House 3-1 like five hours after that. Still waiting on Royal Road to acknowledge I really am MajorKerina. Do I need to resubmit? Their FAQ is hard to follow. I just posted a support ticket with all the asked-for links.
Update - A Normal Girl is done. I checked that the cover art I want to use is still under CC0 by the artist and it is. I might make up a page for it but I am hoping to release it as something Patreon related and lead into a proper book. I have been holding back more writing in it than I have posted almost in my entire time online. Gonna be epic! Need food and Roach Girl work before sleep.
