I got a cute heroine in a dating sim as my little sister. So, I raised her as preciously as I could. I gave her sisterly love, expensive elixirs, gave her endgame equipment, relics—you name it.
''Big sis... you must never leave my side. I will not allow it.''
Until one day, she turned yandere on me, and her eyes that were looking at me seemed quite different. On top of already being surrounded by crazy women...
Isn't this too much?

I've read this story from the beginning, watching it slowly fall apart.
Let's take it one step at a time.
The love interests are fine. I like them, they have good chemistry, and the relationship she has with them is quite good and well-developed.
There aren't many supporting characters, as this is a story very focused on the main characters, so it can be a bit strange revolving around them alone.
As the main character, Cecilia, at first, was a good protagonist. She had good development, was very thoughtful about her life and stuff, but it's a bit tiring that she's constantly throwing her "secret" in your face and nothing is ever said, no matter how obvious it ends up being.
But at this point, all I can say is that Cecilia is the most blatantly hypocritical protagonist you'll ever encounter. Remember the opening scene and that classic question of "how did things end up like this?" Because by the time you get through 40 or 50 episodes, all you'll be able to do is think, "This bit*h is doing all of this on purpose." Because that's what it seems like. No matter how you slice it, there's no way she could act the way she has throughout the story and have the nerve to wonder why things ended up the way they did...
There's a big difference between being oblivious to what's going on around you (like the cliché harem protagonist) and being fully aware of what's happening, blatantly encouraging it, saying nothing's going to happen, ignoring it, and then wondering why it ended up that way.
If you don't believe me, here's the "spoiler"
Cecilia treats her sister like a younger sister, here the cliché applies that she, Lyra, is falling in love with Cecilia. Cecilia KNOWS IT, she is 100% aware of it but she constantly tells herself that it is not like that and completely ignores it and, even knowing it, she continues to allow Lyra to behave like that, falling more and more in love, even allowing her to touch her, to treat her almost like her three girlfriends do, and on top of everything she provokes her to act that way.
My conclusion is: If you think you can handle all that, go ahead and read it.
But I do want to say something, especially to the author. I'm going to be very harsh on this.
If you're going to do things this way, don't put "no incest" and then write the story like this, because when you read it, seems like you're only allowed to think it's going to end in incest, and that's practically a bait. And that's not fair to the readers.

A very good story, I can't wait for more chapters.

I don't have much to say, honestly.
I like where the story is going and I like the characters so far, but I am dropping it as I find it difficult to read.
It is written in a way that scenes will change and you won't realise until you are part way through it. On top of that, the scenes themselves are poorly established. I rarely know what's going on or where the characters are, merely getting a gist for it.
There is also a lot of using dialogue to say something, rather than describe something. Example being "Whew" instead of something like "I let out a long drawn sigh. This was exhausting to deal with because of X and I also had to deal with Y."
I think with a rewrite, this could be good, but as it is, I am left barely knowing precisely what's going on.
