Review up to [chapter 12]
No Gender Bender, no Mythical Beast or Mythology, no Reincarnation and only a hint of Fantasy in the MC as mentioned below. The world of this story is the same as the world you know.
Overall enjoyable read, if you can overlook how unrealistic it is, poor (but perfectly understandable) grammar and a lack of editing.
Basically a recluse overweight otaku turned Steven Seagal from Hard to Kill. After three years spent in coma and three months of rehabilitation, he goes on a revenge killing spree against the city's underworld, without any prior training or experience and only the rehabilitation going for his physical fitness.
Arc: 2 up to [Chapter 3]
You should treat the first arc as a standalone prequel, because forget another arc, this reads as a completely different book. Reincarnation into a fantasy world (with a twist), memory loss and a happy-go-lucky MC with superhuman strenght.
