The pursuit of knowledge and the pursuit of happiness. That’s all Dream ever wanted. As he grew up though, his naivety vanished and he found that the world was nothing more than a prison that would allow neither of those things. However, after giving himself up to the endless abyss expecting to disappear, he found himself awoken in a new world!
Magic, skills, science, technology, and the secrets of the universe within his reach.
Dream found everything he ever needed and wanted, and he would go on to unintentionally dominate the lands with his unprecedented ability to fuse the world of the arcane with the world of science.
This is my first work. Take that for what its worth.
Check out my other works as well, such as my American Isekai Series (they're much more refined).

Started reading, thinking it was going to be just another generic isekai, but it turned out to be much more. The story is thought out, and didnt get boring. May not be the best story ever written, but its definitely a fun and good read.

This story is honestly amazing. It goes about the sciencey aspect of the story without trying to make up to much bullsh*t or make it to where you can't understand what the character is saying. With as much as this story is trending I'm surprised there isn't more than 7 reviews (8 counting this one).
There are a couple of reviews talking about the cringiness of the story and yes there is some cringe, but the MC basically gave up. He wasn't being challenged on Earth. Everything was boring to him.
The Announcement about giving the ultimate sacrifice for knowledge makes sense if the entire section was read and understood by the reader. He was wondering about things and admitted that he felt bored with life and that nothing was very challenging for him. (Granted the challenge goes away again in later chapters, but his quest for knowledge is still there.)
Give the story a try before you cast judgement. It's not for everyone for sure, but to me it's a breath of fresh air. It's different from the classic OP MC story.

I was really expecting something interesting because of the prologue. But unfortunately the Author is dumbing down the science part of the story... literally making the MC op from the start betraying the weak to strong tag. The characters of the story are really dumb like ridd*ck who's 140 years old mage should know how basic physics works but the Author really dumbed him down to oblivion. I dropped the novel at chapter 26, I might judged this novel to early but the cringe of the dialogue is to much for me, So do with this info with what you will.

It's very hard to write a story about an OP MC that doesn't come off as cringeworthy. Sp4de has pulled it off though. There is a believable threat to oppose the MC.
The story is well written (with a few spelling and usage mistakes. I suspect spell checker is to blame for a lot of it. It moves along quite well with a good mix of action and romance.
The story seems seamless, the world interesting and complex. I'm a fan.

I love this story, it's enternaing, has a good plot and the best part, not EVERY f*cking plan of the MC fails like in too many other novels.

I have enjoyed this story from the beginning! It is very relaxed and fun to read. The story defiantly got better the further I sent into it, and now I can't wait for more chapters the be released!

It's worth reading, if you want to spend the time.
The story is huge. I'm not going to try to give you any sort of real breakdown of much of anything, or even a comment about the author, not directly.
What I will say is that the story meanders around, there are some major skips in the plot that to me, signal that the author made a massive change in direction that mostly invalidates a chunk of the prior plot construction. Don't let it annoy you. Other than some spelling mistakes, the grammar is reasonably solid, the story itself does do well as long as you're reading it _all at once_ (not in the original posting format), and there's some enjoyable world building.
The main character starts a bit weak, has some rather mind-bending "stupid" moments, but all in all, isn't hideous to follow. The supporting characters, which the author defines as being shallow, aren't all that way. Those characters that show regularly have at least enough plot depth to say they were not just cookie cutter stereotypes, tossed in as cannon fodder with a name. No, they aren't complicated, but then, how many people truly are complicated people? Complex, perhaps, but not complicated.
Basically, for a story like this, where there are no massive issues, it's too bad that so many people left nasty reviews before it was complete. Leave a review on complete sub-sections, perhaps, but not the abuse that a couple of them have left.

First 250 chapters are great but then the power creep kicks up to eleven and it starts getting confusing, and it only gets worse by the end of the story. Not that big of a deal though, you can just kinda turn your brain off a bit and enjoy the rest of the story.
