In a world where demons are feared and revered, a young man is torn from the ordinary life he once knew and thrust into a nightmare of his own. Reincarnated as a child, he’s imprisoned, experimented on, and subjected to the twisted whims of a shad
I enjoyed the story a lot, it's not your generic yuri gender bender which to be honest im a little tired of, there are some action between MC and guys which is a breath of fresh air
The pacing, writing everything in general is well packed into a cute little story that has a satisfying ending that doesn't leave you bitter and ruin the overall experience
The writing exudes experience and passion which I can really feel while reading
I really hope this review can show my appreciation to the author, i've felt a lot of emotions while reading this :)

I really don't like it when genderbered guys suddenly turn gay (or bis*xual) in these stories. I think there should be a tag for that. It just forces me to quit the story (I expected some sweet yuri, dammit, not the other way around). I can't rate it based on my s*xual preferences, however. If you're not turned off by such characters, I think you're gonna like it. The only thing I can objectictively critize is the lack of character descriptions. But that's applicable to almost all stories here. At least we have some semblance of it (I don't think 'average teenage guy' is a proper description though).
P.S. I just noticed the tag. I am an idiot. That aside, 4 out of 5. I'd even say 4.5.

This is not a bad read, but I have no plans to finish this, I can't bring myself to read stories where major parts of the world actively ruin the lives of transgender people.

The story was enjoyable for the most part. Good writing, and sympathetic characters, and overall just really well done. Unfortunately, it was seriously spoiled for me by the revelation about
what happens to transgender people that get the disease
I really wanted to keep enjoying and engaging with the story after that, enough that I read until the end, but that plot point just felt needlessly cruel and just made me too sad to really appreciate the rest if the story.
