Synopsis

After an unfortunate yet preventable "accident", I woke up in an alternate world where I am in a Harem Romance Slice of Life School Light Novel/Manga. A story of how I turned into a mob as I interacted with this story's MC and his harem. I totally hope I didn't destroy the sequence of the story. Or did I?

Join Haruto Itachi, as he tried to find his unluckiness with the surrounding harems of the LN's most average and dense protagonist.

Well in my humble opinion, of course without offending anyone who thinks differently from my point of view, but also by looking at this matter in a different way and without fighting and by trying to make it clear, and by considering each and everyone's opinion, I honestly believe that I completely forgot what I was going to say.

I've read a decent amount of JP romcoms and barely any of them comes with uniqueness and are all 1-dimensional in the context that the writers of these category of novels just focus on one thing but forget the rest; they'll be full of fluff, or full of cringe, or full of drama, or.... you get my point, you see 'or'- never succeeding in getting everything right; character development, story progress, moral lessons, interesting interations etc

This author here took a different approach by adding a more 'western' pov in the cliched world of a harem romcom. You will get a more aware 'mob' MC recognizing the gimmicks in aromcom world and how the characters feel. Although, the writer still makes some gramatical errors, which is fine for now- I've read worse. The interactions could use a bit of work... like the mc's old, so he should sound a bit more mature instead of just being aware of cliches. Then a typical irl US student student should sound fundamentally different to jp romcom highschool character, so he's kinda missing out on utilizing this more. This novel could also benefit from povs of other characters a lot more- but I believe that's going to be pretty difficult, so I'll leave that for now.

While there are blatant flaws, it's still a much better read than the other rom-coms out there that I'm willing to give a 4 star for now and it's also in it's early stage for me to rate to super harsh, of t

Hey there, this is my first review! And I’m quite bad at this, so here goes nothing...

It’s a very entertaining read, in fact, it gives off a very JP vibe from it. Out of all the ones I’ve read, this one is the most interesting novel to me, since all the others I’ve read were always harem, isekai fantasies and the like. If I had to say something about this novel, it has piqued my interest from its interesting interactions with the characters, and the comedic moments, as well as the somewhat fleshed out characters with their cliche characteristics. Although some parts are frustrating, the writing is somewhat quite close to that JP vibe you’d get, but it is... more broader I might say? Well, overall, I enjoy these types of stories whenever I finish other fantasy novels with killing and theory, magic, action, and plots.

Actually, it kind of reminds me of ‘I Started To Gain Sentience In An Eroge’ and ‘The Simulacrum’. These were also good reads, and my favorites. But besides the action and magical things, this story is more on the normal, modern, and slice of life side. It’s quite a nice change of pace, for me, who reads junk all day...

Anyway, others might say it’s quite bland or the characters are stupid, but I think this story is unique in its own, romantic way. You don’t usually see these types of well-written (in my opinion) stories very often in Scribble Hub, they’re more rare than anyone thinks. I’d also love to see more stories like these on the site someday... (Of course this is purely based on my own opinion...)

And this is my conclusion. I don’t know if I’ve missed out on anything else, or detail, but I just want other readers to know that I enjoyed it, and I hope you do too. (*´꒳`*)

First of all, I would like to warn people who read this novel that although the English is fine, the grammar and word choice is abysmal.

Despite not likely the character in general with his personality that switches at the drop of the hat and hypocritical mindset, the low rating is because I can't read more than a few lines without bashing my head against the table in frustration. The novel - in my opinion - is really uncomfortable to read with weird word choice and comparisons that seem to come out of nowhere.

There really is also nothing special about this novel; the idea has been done before and done better, the world is bland with nothing to take note of as it takes place in a normal Japanese's school, the characters are all flat and one dimensional with the author using the excuse that this is due to the world being a manga world but the protagonist is also no better, the conversations and inner thoughts of the protagonist are too long and uninteresting, and finally, the protagonist is generally unlikeable with a weird bi-polar personality.
