Tomomi Mizushima | Age: 14 (Start of MHA canon) | Female

Tomomi Mizushima is the protagonist of this fanfic! she is a reincarnated person pitied by the gods who simply wished to be reincarnated in the world of MHA with the powers of the Gomu Gomu No mi. She is decently intelligent and has a careless approach to life.

Her wishes were mostly to have a fun life since his last one was not a great one. But she did ask a bit more than she could chew and has to go through a lot of adventures to be the freest woman in the world.

Appearance: Tomomi has a roundish shape on most of her face and resembles her mother greatly, with black hair and coal-black eyes, mostly wearing 'boyish' clothes and big stars hat on top of her head. Her hero costume is based on how Luffy looks on the raid to Onigashima.

Quirk: Her Quirk is named [Rubber Body] and it's a Mutation type quirk, although it can be confused with a transformation or even an emitter type.

Personality: Unlike her appearance, Tomomi's personality has more resemblance to her father, being level-headed, intelligent, and very decisive in her actions. She still has her mom's social abilities and the necessity to joke around, she is very liked and people tend to listen to her, making her a natural leader.

Tomomi has a strong dislike for anything that represents the privation of freedom, this includes such things as the bullying because of quirklessness or 'villain quirks'. Because of this, she tends to make herself look like a delinquent.

Takeshi Mizushima "Quirkless Demon" | Age: 25 (First Appearance) / 39 (Start of MHA canon) | Male

Takeshi Mizushima is an officer of the police force of Japan, he was previously the Chief of police before resigning due to him wanting to spend more time with his family. His daughter is Tomomi Mizushima while His wife is Aiko Yoshino.

Appearance: Takeshi has platinum blonde hair and icy blue eyes, he tends to wear a dark buttoned trench coat with a purple-grey dress shirt with a tie.

Background: Takeshi's parents died during his early years, making his grandparents the responsible for raising him all the way up to high school, where they died of old age, since then he has lived alone until he met Aiko and subsequently dated her.

Takeshi learned Martial arts and Law at a young age in order to fulfill a promise he made to his grandparents of catching the criminal that killed his parents, He managed to land some practice in the police force once he graduated at the age of 18 and quickly rose through the ranks.

He managed to identify and capture the criminal that he was searching for at the age of 19 as an official officer, and earned the title of Chief of police at the age of 21. He resigned at the age of 24 once his daughter was born not before locating an appropriate person to take his place who was Kenji Tsugaramae.

He has earned many titles at his age such as [Quirkless Hero], [Best Police Officer], [The hope of the Quirkless], and [Quirkless Demon] he doesn't really take them seriously or acknowledge them since he doesn't think he earned them through work. 

Quirk: Takeshi does not possess any quirk since he was born quirkless, his unusual resilience, speed, and reflexes are a product of pure hard work. His deceased family had quirks related to the generation/control of water.

Personality: Takeshi is a loner, preferring to be in places with few people such as his home, only tolerating people that he has taken a liking towards like his close relatives and co-workers. He has a strong will to push against the odds and is level-headed in any situation. 

He is still very decisive in his actions performing them with brutal precision so as to not take unnecessarily long. This does make him come off as cold and serious when in reality he's just aloof and honest to a fault.

Aiko Yoshino (Mizushima) | Age: 29 (First Apperance) / 43 (Start of MHA canon) | Female

Aiko Yoshino is the Mother of Tomomi Mizushima and the wife of Takeshi Mizushima, she was previously a high school dropout that decided to work in random jobs cleaning houses, eventually landing a job at Takeshi's house.

Appearance: Aiko has long black hair and dark coal eyes, she generally wears a white dress shirt with a blue skirt, and her hair can get easily messy when not taken care of properly.

Background: Aiko had a mostly normal childhood, she was focused on her grades and in making her parents proud with a dream of being a hero like any other kid. She eventually dropped her dream of being a hero when she started to compare her quirk with that of her classmates.

Once she entered elementary school, she started to focus solely on her studies to an extreme degree, being diligent in her work while expressing her childish tendencies. Her relationship with her parents started to fall through.

Her parents only had her out of duty, so they never really cared too much for her and only put a lot of responsibilities on her with the intention of her eventually paying their living expenses. Once Aiko realized the absurdity of her birth she became more rebellious, treating her parent more akin to annoying roommates than parents.

She dropped out of high school because of her change of temperament, eventually having to take random jobs to make a living, mainly including cleaning houses for rich people. She eventually came to work for Takeshi for a whole 3 years in which, and they made their relationship formal.

Quirk: Aiko's Quirk is named [Extend] and it's a transformation type quirk, she can extend the length of her arms up to 2 meters, and during said extension her arms became flexible ignoring necessary joints and even able to wrap around objects tightly, having a good amount of control over them.

The act of extending her arms does cost a bit of stamina but she can old it for upwards of 10 minutes. Her family quirks are related to the prolongation of oneself or an object.

Personality: Aiko is a social person with a bit too much childless, she is careless and jokes around people as she likes, but can be serious and responsible when the situation calls for it. She generally opts for teasing her husband and daughter out of fascination.

She has a deep love for Takeshi, often trying to get him to open up to her and leading Tomomi to him on more than one occasion so that they can have quality time together since Takeshi doesn't have too much free time.

She feels the duty to make Tomomi and Takeshi happy as a family as she is only the one that has any experience with one, although she only picked up what not to do with hers.

Hamada Hirata  "Mr. Perfect"| Age: 21 (First appearance) 42 (Start of MHA canon) | Male

Hamada Hirata is an officer of the police force and partner of Takeshi Mizushima, they have been friends since high school and have been through a lot together having great synergy thanks to Hamda's quirk, He also served as a personal secretary to Takeshi when he was Chief of police, which was also thanks to his quirk.

Appearance: Hamada has spiky black hair and brown eyes, he generally has a very unkempt beard as he doesn't care about how he looks. He likes to wear easy to put on clothes like t-shirts and pants but uses his uniform when he is working.

Background: Hamada comes from a normal family with two loving parents and a little sister, he himself never worked hard for anything, mostly letting life take its course which let him be considered a class clown but somehow reliable.

His classmates took advantage of his quirk since it could help them, but they also hated him since he never held back when using his quirk on them, and blamed him for the results even if they knew they were the ones asking for it.

Takeshi managed to stop this by basically forcing him to understand his situation in comparison to others, eventually, both became best friends even if Takeshi doesn't talk much. This continued until Hamada decided to follow Takeshi on his path to becoming a cop.

Quirk: Hamada Quirk is named [Flawless] and it's an emitter-type quirk, he can detect the flaws out of anything he can see, this includes things such as errors in paperwork, structural faults in buildings, to more abstract concepts, like personality flaws.

The quirk requires seeing the target of analysis for 10 consecutive seconds, after that he will view said flaw. During the process, his eyes will change in color to represent his progress, Blue indicates that he is analyzing something, while red indicates that he is viewing a flaw.

The quirk has a drawback of mental strain, once he finishes analyzing something he will be hit with a wave of mental fatigue equal to the complexity of the subject, this can range from a mild headache from trying to use it on multiple people to becoming comatose for 7 days for trying to find a flaw on a scientific theorem. it also fatigues him to keep viewing flaws.

Hamada has trained his quirk for long enough to not suffer that much mental strain even with constant usage, he is often reprimanded by Takeshi for said thing.

Personality: Hamada is a Lax guy who simply lets things bounce out of him, his quirk had made him look at things with a tinge of cynicism before meeting Takeshi, so now he tries his best at everything and only uses his quirk for trivial stuff like paperwork.

He is mostly going through life with a happy-go-lucky attitude and with not that much care since 'everything has flaws anyways', he is serious and caring when he needs to and mostly hangs out with Takeshi and Aiko as their friend and third wheel.

Oka Yukimura "Demon's Apprentice" | Age: 7 (First appearance) / 15 (Start of MHA canon) | Female

Oka Yukimura is a friend of Tomomi since elementary school, thanks to her she can raise her head and live her life without any fear of being bullied because of being one of the sad percent who does not have any quirks.

Appearance: Oka has vibrant blue-colored hair with red eyes, she likes to have her long hair in a messy ponytail to imitate the wildness of Tomomi's hair. She generally wears clothes that are easy to move on such as simple t-shirts and pants.

She does wear traditional Japanese clothing mostly because of her parents.

Quirk: Oka is Quirkless, her unusual speed, resilience, and strength come from her efforts and training with Takeshi Mizushima.

Personality: Oka is a timid and lazy person, generally preferring to stay out of conflict, but she tends to enter it in order to end it. Most of her confidence comes from her friend Tomomi and her mentor. She is a prodigy mostly to spite those who doubt her and to not be left behind by Tomomi.

Her prowess in martial arts mostly comes from her frequent spars with Takeshi and Tomomi, eventually taking the tonfas as her main weapon.

The G.O.I's are like the name says, distinct groups or collectives of people with some sort of purpose and goals that they want to achieve, these organizations or ideologies have spread far and wide in the world of MHA with many consequences, both good and bad for the world at large.

These groups can be both organized and sporadic in their nature due to their differences and have lasted for some time, generally being brought up by a founder whose will have been passed down by people who wanted to inherit their belief and vision for the world.

Some are recognized and some are treated as criminals, but all exist due to their own circumstances, following groups are examples of how these associations or groups exist in the MHA canon.

G.U.I.D.E's creation dates back to around the mid-2190s by a famous psychologist Pietro Kovalev better known by his villain name Deep Diver, his quirk gave him a way to map out human consciousness to a certain degree, making him have a love for human psychology and how it related to quirks.

During his time, he focused on the extra phenomenon of quirks taking the form of common objects such as ear jacks, cameras, guns, weapons, and other man-made objects due to how the notion of them manifesting 'naturally' seemed absurd.

The question prevailed with many theories thrown around about the reasons behind this with the little evidence they had, Pietro focused on mapping out the human unconsciousness with the assumption of the 'collective unconsciousness' as his basis for his theory crafting, eventually landing on his reasoning of:

"Humans have a 'collective unconsciousness' that grants them their instincts and emotions, and in this case, either quirk can change this slightly or quirks take them from here!"

He was on the first camp, which made him freak out since something changing the very nature of human beings did not sit well with him. This theory would be his downfall as he descended into madness during the process of mapping the 'collective unconsciousness'.

He allegedly saw 'true human nature' and how it has been sabotaged by something, attaching many intrusive instincts to it for something, he used his quirk to detach himself from it and founded the ideology of GUIDE to erase and delete what he could only describe as a 'The apple bite'

Pietro and his compatriots who shared the same concern had created a cure for the infection and had the determination to do it whatever it cost, for the preservation of the human part of humanity.

In the present day, GUIDE remains active through small camps around Europe with the same purpose, their resilience in being eradicated stems from the fact that the cure is easily administered and compels the patient to follow Pietro's will.
