Tisorth is a world split up into five genders. Male, female, Alpha, Beta, Omega. With Betas and Alphas being the general population, the omegas as the minority were pampered by society, becoming the rich and famous, but all this had nothing to do with Sarah.

Being reincarnated as an abandoned baby, she never knew about these additional genders. All she could do was to continue working hard every day, hope to eat tasty food, and stay out of trouble, being unknown in her solitude. But soon, trouble came looking for her.
