As "A long time fan of TG content" and recently cracked trans woman, I find everything in this story so relatable. It manages to create a critique of the genre that points out both its "problematic" -- a nice way to say horrific -- side while also pointing out its strengths and even virtues. In addition, you get a really realistic view of the main character and a romance subplot, because like it points out, every TG story has to have one.
I am not sure about the neo-fascist grandparents subplot because it isn't finished yet, but I have hopes that it will be handled with the same skill that has been shown up to now.
Any trans person who spent time on Fictionmania, etc. And is feeling shame over it should read this story.

Wow, this whole story is amazing. I have literally spent what feels like the past 5-6 hours just binging this whole thing. Reading through Sierras' journey has brought up sooo many memories for me. Especially about the whole "for a girl" story, I remember reading that in pretty much the same way Sierra said she reads it. I would pick it up a few times every year just because of how much I loved it (barring the uuuhhh you know). I came to realise that I'm trans and that I am really a woman back in April and the many stories on scribblehub helped me to accept this truth. Going a bit off-topic lol but this story just brought up so much. Anyway, thank you so much for this story. Its really an amazing read and made my night a lot better!
Edit: Ok trying to click 5 stars but its not working? Maybe it is and its hopefully a problem for just me but if not idk
